My Manassas Honda reviewEVERY TIME YOU GO IN FOR ROUTINE SERVICE (OIL CHANGE) THEY TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING ELSE THAT YOU DONT NEED!
IF YOU TALK TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE WAITING AREA, YOU SOON SEE A PATTERN FORMING, ALL OF THE SAME SERVICES BEING SOLD TO EVERY CUSTOMER. ITS LIKE THEY HAVE A RUBBER STAMP WITH ALL THE SAME FLUSHES AND FLUID CHANGES ON IT! HOW IS IT EVERY MODEL AND YEAR VEHICLE DRIVEN UNDER DIFFERENT CONDITIONS WITH DIFFERENT MILEAGE NEED THE EXACT SAME SERVICES?:confused::confused::confused:
