I bought two cars from this dealership. I bought a 1997 Ford Escort in 1998.
One day I was driving my Escort I turned the corner and the tie rod on my tire fell off. This was a Saturday Afternoon and the dealership wasn’t open but I had it towed there anyway. I went to the dealership Monday morning to tell them my car was there and they had my car already in the garage working on it. :D.
The salesman who sold me my Escort was very nice but he no longer works there he retired. 🙂
When my Escort finally died on me I had to pull it over . So I walked to the dealership and I told them where my car was they went and towed it to the dealership . They did not charge me for the tow. Then they told me how much it would cost to fix my Escort between 500.00 – 1000.00 dollars with the miles I had on it it wasn’t worth fixing.
So they had a 1997 Saturn SL2 with only 59,400 miles on it. I took it for a drive and when I pressed on the brake pedal it would vibrate so I told them about it and they drove it in the garage and checked to make sure the brakes were good. I bought the car in 2007.
Last week I could not get the car started so I called Clark Ford and the owner of the dealership and the service advisor ( manager) came out to my apartment started it up and took it to the dealership they did not charge me. 🙂
Compared to the other dealership where I bought a 1992 Tempo this dealership is more honest, professional and they know what they are doing .
I bought a 1992 Ford Tempo from this dealership that is no longer in business. I had transmission problems with it. I was at work when the service advisor calls me he said it would cost me 400.00 to fix it I said ok when I got to the dealership to pick up my car the bill was 550.00 . Now with Clark Ford the price they tell you over the phone is the price you will pay.
