Comments directed at the mandated guidance sales people must follow in order to represent the Ken Dixon Honda Waldorf, MD dealership. Walked into the show room. Asked a car representative, Eric to test drive a CRV vehicle. In turn, I provided my driver’s license to Eric. He move behind his desk rather then to seek a set of car keys. He then start asking why I am in the dealership, to replace a my car or to trade in a my car? After refusing to answer that question, Eric persisted in getting a response. I refused again to answer the question. Then he wanted to know where I worked. Again, I refused to respond, and requested all further questions pertain to the vehicle I was interested in test driving. Eric stated he needed to ask these questions otherwise he’ll be fired. He then took my license and sought help from a manager to explain their sales method. About minute later the pink shirted manager showed up with my license in his hand. I removed it from his hand to which he became very irate. He was upset that I had “snatch” my driver’s license out of his hand before he could explain their policy in selling a car. He walked away without so much of an apology, nor did Eric provide any. I walked out shocked and dismayed at the arrogance of this dealership. Cleaarly do not recommend doing business with this establishment based on their method of sales.
