The pressure that this dealership puts on a customer to buy right away is ridiculous. The salesman will not leave your side, even when leaving the dealership!! (no joke ) After purchasing the vehicle, they called me, AT WORK, and told me that I have to have a cosigner or pay more in order to have the car, which I had been driving for more than 2 weeks. Being that I don’t have a couple thousand laying around, this turned out to be a real dilemma. I was physically ill from the stress that this dealership put on me. I got my grandmother to be a cosigned, but financed through a Credit Union instead. ALWAYS FINANCE THROUGH A CREDIT UNION!! During this long process, the dealership would give me non-stop calls and hound me to get the loan to them. It was incredibly annoying; especially since I was doing all the work their finance dept. should have been doing in the first place.
When it was time for the dealer to send a copy of the signed documents stating the pricing to the Credit Union, they faxed a document with the WRONG numbers. The selling price was $1,500 cheaper than what I initially bought the car for. I immediately justified the cheaper price with compensation for the hell that they had put me through. However, as soon as the credit union sent over the incorrect amount for the loan they noticed and began hounding me again about it. They did offer me a tank of gas… woop de doo. After waiting about a week I began to get calls from no only the dealership but also the Credit Union because the dealership was hounding them. After complaining to pretty much anyone from the dealership that called me on this subject I wound up getting 12 free oil changes. WOW. Then after all was said and done, they had the nerve to call me and ask for more money for the license plate. Give me a break!!!
Bottom Line: THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION AND STRESS THAT THEY EXUDE WHILE AND AFTER PURCHASING A VEHICLE. THEY THINK THEY ARE ALLOWED TO ACT LIKE IDIOTS AND GET AWAY WITH IT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT THE CUSTOMER THINKS, WANTS, OR FEELS, AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY!!!!!:devil(
