Let me just say the salesperson was nice but the new car sales manager was very rude. We went with our son to buy a car. We negoitated a price and I gave my son a down payment of $1500 I had to leave so I let him finish up. On my way home I called him to check that the extended warranty was included in the deal. In that instant i found out it was removed. I was very upset. Not only that but they were now going to charge my son an additional $50 on top of the negotiated price to include the extended warranty. I called to speak to a manager and spoke to Ron Hirzel new car sales manager. This is a very rude man to be a manager. He spoke to me very rudely when I told him about the problem with the extended warranty being removed from our deal. He threatened to “rip up the contract” and “keep his car!” Can you believe that?! This man should be fired. He even tried to stop the sale of the car!! Does good customer service not mean anything these days? It’s these types of buisness that continuously treat people bad with their lies and stay in business. If I could stop just one sale of a car then I’ll be happy I took the time to write this review.
