I had a great experience at Christopher’s this weekend. Doug showed me the vehicle I called about. We did paperwork and got into finance pretty quick.
I did get offered warranty upgrades I am not sure I needed but they were polite and helpful when I declined.
I would recommend them others.
I would not recommend anyone buying from this dealership. The vehicles are overpriced. They encourage you to buy what they want to sell you not what you want to purchase. I was promised by my salesman Damien I could make payments on my downpayment and my car payment would not be due for another 30-45 days and it was due 3 days after the downpayment. He was confrontational when asked about this situation. They falsified the additions on the vehicle to finance company to get more than the vehicle was worth, needless to say that was a deal breaker and now they refuse to refund me my downpayment. (Its the law they have to return it if the vehicle is not financed), but they don’t care. Bobs reply was have my attorney contact them to see about getting my money back. I advise would advise anyone not to deal with these people they are very dishonest and not easy to work with.
would not honor farm bureau $500 off certificate (but they did want to keep it) ,financed to get rebate and gave me abserd interest rate in spite of sterling credit. By far the reason dealerships get bad names are dealers like Christopher. Unless I was buying at under cost I would not return. I never recieved a dealer satisfaction questionnaire because they new I was made. now I know why they qualify as a 5 star dealer- they dont send out suveys to the people they upset. Without question the wosrt dealer I have done bussines with.
