I purchased three cars from them. An Escape for my daughter, an Escape for my wife, and a Focus for my mother in law. The Escape for my wife started bucking when you accelerated and slipped out of reverse – so transmission issue. Dropped the car off on Oct 15th, was told 23 cars ahead of us and that 6 cars a day get done by Brayan Morales the service advisor. A week and weekend went by with radio silence – on Monday we called with no return call and finally got a call back on Tue saying it had not even been looked at. Today Oct 28th, we get a call that the transmission has metal in the fluid and needs to be torn down or a new one is needed for $4500. Mind you this is a car with less than 40k miles on it 36-38k is all it has on it. They told me that the car is a 2011 so no warranty – no loaner car – nothing they could do. They did say I could call Ford directly to open up a case, which I have done this morning. I feel like I bought three cars from a place that only cares about selling cars not providing a good customer experience for the life of the customer. We have to purchase two new cars in Q1 of 2017 – I can tell you it will not be from this dealership or Ford. Faulty product with no customer service past the initial sale. Very disappointing
The policies are – lie, cheat, steal. Jim Tidwell Ford does not stop at felonies, if committing them will protect their nickels.
They are also incompetent, but show such a blatant dis-regard for the laws of Georgia, that they must have the blessing of DMV also.
They blew the title work on my 2001 F-250, their stupidity cost the financing bank their security interest. How do criminals fix things?

We were upfront about what we expected and wanted for our trade in. When the offer came in very low, we were prepared to just walk away. Maroun Farhat convinced us to stay so he could talk with his sales manager Mark Barrio. They kept trying to convince us to roll over the difference between their offer and our payoff. Every time he came back to us, we told him the same thing, that our expectation was set and non negotiable. We had our two small children with us, who were very tired after waiting OVER AN HOUR until 9pm. Instead of looking for ways to increase our trade in, they were pulling up information showing how much more their car was worth than they were selling it for.
The final point is, if they knew they were never going to offer what I wanted for trade-in, they should have been considerate enough of my family to be upfront about that. Especially instead of trying to saddle us with even more debt by rolling over negative value on a car we didnt even need to sell.
The whole sales team are liars. From the warranty that remained on the CPO to the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty; nothing the dealership told us was correct. The finance guy we dealt with was incredibly rude, snide, and condescending. (We didn’t even finance thru them; we wrote a check!) All of that was just when we were filling out the paperwork for the truck and tags/titles. Stay away from this dealership. They have taught us that if it sounds too good to be true then it is.
:mad:My wife took our Ford Expedition to fix a bad fuel injector coil, the second in two months. Rather than just replace the coil ($375 parts and labor), they upsold 8 new spark plugs that were not needed, and needlessly flushed the fuel injectors although they knew it was done the month before – running the bill to $800. When confronted, they denied that they told my wife the plugs needed to be replaced. Women beware of this service department!! To top it off, they never looked at the cause of the coil failures (i.e. did not replace coil wires, etc). I got ripped off and they would not work with me to adjust the bill in any way, even upon request. I will not be back to this dealership, and I would not recommend them based on questionable business practices.
