When I went to Fette Ford I was greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson who was able to answer all my questions. They had the Mustang I was looking for in-stock and ready to go. The price and lease payment was more than fair, and they really know how to make you feel comfortable with the purchase. As a woman purchasing a vehicle on my own they were nothing but supportive and tuned into my concerns and needs.

I went to Fette ford because I saw a used 2007 Mustang on the website that I was interested in. I had owned another Mustang, however I had been looking for that specific year and model. The people at the dealership went above and beyond in making the transaction happen. In this day and age of hearing so many bad things about used car dealers, it was a pleasure to find Fette Ford. I certainly want to thank the Sales Manager Christopher Ciresi for helping with the process. He is what every company should be looking for
Our experience at Fette Ford was excellent in every way. They were nice and helpful. Once we walked in the door, I was given a warm and welcoming greeting. Everything went smoothly. To top it off, they were able to get us at an affordable price to our budget. The customer service was great and the whole process was pleasant and easy. Samy did a wonderful job at helping us out. I visited this dealer to purchase a new car, 2011 model. I had two trade in cars, and was going to finance a new car.
PROBLEM#1 In my first visit, dealer gave me an approximate trade in price for both my cars, $15k for one, $12k for the other. In my second visit, I decided on purchasing the car, but they did not hold their promise and told me that the max price they can give was $13k and $11k.
PROBLEM#2 I said OK to these prices and they told me that they can bring the car to me in max two days. We had some further discussion on prices and agreed on everything. At that time, they gave me two options 1. I could buy a 2010 model which was $4000 cheaper (but they declined to apply this difference on the total amount) 2. I can wait for 4-6 weeks to order a new car. This whole process took 2 and half hours.
I went to other dealer, and both the 2011 model car for a cheaper price and higher value given to my trade ins.
This is the home of bait and switch. After being here for several hours we finally made a deal. Mind you I get cars via x-plan so you would think it would be easy but not at Fette. Once we made a deal of $1500.00 down and $296.00 per month on a car I thought everything was a go. After all 3 managers came over and shook hands on it. Well after waiting 2 hours they came back to me and said I needed to put $3000.00 down and my payment would be $340.00 per month. This is not the first time this has happened when they make a deal then come back and say I need to pay more. The manager told me to take it or leave it so I left. DON’T BUY FROM FETTE BOYCOTT AND DRIVE THESE JERKS OUT OF BUSINESS
