Needing a new vehicle and not sure where to turn after having dealt with a few not-so-pleasant experiences with other car dealerships. I was attracted to Pacifico Ford after seeing a television commercial of the new Ford Edge. I went to Pacifico Ford and was met by Chad Gilbert who was approachable and glad to help me. Chad listened to my interest and showed me a few vehicles on the lot and we found the car for me. After a test drive I was very happy with the Ford Edge I chose. Chad then showed me a few option and the great rebate offers. I had a normal conversation and felt very comfortable and not pressured to sign anything. Chad went out of his way providing me with the best options that suited my budget and I agreed to buy my new car. Chad walked me through step by step showing me how the My Ford Touch worked and even took the time to set up my sync account and connected my cellphone. He called and updated my insurance and even set up my first service appointment and explained the special offers from free oil changes including complimentary car wash. Chad even made arrangements for me to leave the rental car I arrived in. A short time later I drove off feeling happy and confident that I made a good decision in my freshly washed and gassed up new car. I’m beyond happy with my new Ford Edge and would highly recommend anyone to place their trust in Chad Gilbert and the Pacifico Ford team. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!!

My Pacifico Ford reviewThis is my 3rd vehicle from Pacifico Ford. This last experience on 2/19/11 was the best. I had started on the internet. That experience was great. Had the car picked, the cost of what my lease would be each month. When I came to Pacifico that Saturday, i was greated by my sales rep Dan Staley. He was friendly, profressional, and could answer answer question that i had. He also was courteous enough to go through the car with me, including downloading my phone w/Sync. I will be back in 2 years again for another vehicle. Love Ford

I went in strong thinking I was going to be forced into buying something I not want, but instead I encountered a friendly sales person and no pressure. I would recommend this place to all. When people asks about my car, I’m quick to tell them that this is the place to go.

I was in a bad situation when my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Needing a new vehicle and not sure where to turn after having dealt with a few not-so-pleasant experiences with other car dealerships. I was attracted to Pacifico Ford after seeing a television commercial of the new Ford Edge. I went to Pacifico Ford and was met by Chad Gilbert who was approachable and glad to help me. Chad listened to my interest and showed me a few vehicles on the lot and we found the car for me. After a test drive I was very happy with the Ford Edge I chose. Chad then showed me a few option and the great rebate offers. I had a normal conversation and felt very comfortable and not pressured to sign anything. Chad went out of his way providing me with the best options that suited my budget and I agreed to buy my new car. Chad walked me through step by step showing me how the My Ford Touch worked and even took the time to set up my sync account and connected my cellphone. He called and updated my insurance and even set up my first service appointment and explained the special offers from free oil changes including complimentary car wash. Chad even made arrangements for me to leave the rental car I arrived in. A short time later I drove off feeling happy and confident that I made a good decision in my freshly washed and gassed up new car. I’m beyond happy with my new Ford Edge and would highly recommend anyone to place their trust in Chad Gilbert and the Pacifico Ford team. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!!
