I took my car in for the annual safety inspection,I was told it needed some repairs to pass inspection, As I always do I asked to see what was needed and he did not hesitate at all, He took me back to my vehicle in the shop and showed me exactly what I needed and why it was needed.Rob was very professional and polite by taking his time and answering all my questions.I would definitely recommend Moon Township Ford!
We (husband & I) are extremely disappointed/exasperated with the serviced we received for a recent Inspection and subsequent repair. 2 weeks after inspection, came back with a leak that had been ongoing since brought car home from inspection. now being told was a rear engine seal (on a 2004 with 50,000??). due to high estimate repaired 1 month later brought car home and same leak (same amount/same spot – used cardboard to prove it). brought car back to dealership again… and they claimed oil filter was loose. ?? what is to prove wasn’t a loose filter problem from inspection. ?? seems too odd that same amount/same spot/ and a quick tightening fixed problem??? dealership Mgr… (Rob) extremely condescending and rude. $1800 in 2 months???? why can’t they admit it was a mistake…sorry … this is what we can do…. we have always owned FORDs.. but are rethinking after this experience.
