1,020,000 Miles and Counting on this F-350
it’s hard to argue with Gary
Mueller when he says, “I don’t think I could be happier with a truck” when he
speaks proudly of his baby, a 2002 Ford F-350 Super Duty?. The pickup has more
than 1,020,000 miles on the odometer, and Gary has no plans to stop packing on

My Nemer Ford reviewEverything fine until they sell u the vehicle and have to deal with service dept and General Manager. Do not buy a vehicle here. Service guys eat in your car leaving garbage on floor and refused to service our vehicle stating they cannot meet our expectations. What does that tell you? Vehicle has less than 20,000 miles on it. Service dept is rude and uncooperative. Whats up with that? I would have to say if they cannot meet expectations that they are not qualified enough to fix this Ford F250. Yes, they are your best friend until they get your money then….who cares? Find a dealership with a great service dept. And purchase there. Also do your homework on the Mangers. At Nemer, they are something to be desired.

My Nemer Ford reviewComplaint: I am a member of Ford Friends and Family X Plan through my husband’s work. That was the ONLY reason I was looking for a new car. I knew I could get a great deal PLUS all of the Ford incentives (in this case, $2,500.00 extra off). I contacted Nemer Ford online and received a call back from the Finance Manager. As I looked at the Ford Escapes online, I remarked that I didn’t see the color I was interested in. He told me, “Ford now includes Certified Pre-Owned Fords in their X-Plan. I thought this was great and down loaded all of the required X Plan paperwork to take with me. I picked out a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Ford Escape Limited with 18k miles on it. When I was in the Finance office, I tried to give the paperwork and it was brushed aside. When I got home with my new car, I looked at all of the paperwork I signed and saw that the X Plan paperwork that I brought to the dealer was still blank. Suspicious, I emailed Ford Motor Company X Plan Division. This is the response I received: Dear **** ********, Thank you for contacting Ford Motor Company on 5/10/2012 03:16:30 PM. We appreciate the time you have taken to write us regarding your 2012 Ford Escape. We would like to thank you for purchasing a 2012 Ford Escape; that is an awesome vehicle and we do appreciate your business! The Ford X-Plan for Partner/Suppliers is for the purchase/lease of a new, untitled Ford or Lincoln vehicle. Unfortunately, it does not cover Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. You are more than welcome to access the website http://www.fordpartner.com for all the Rules and Regulations for the X-Plan Program. If you have any further questions, please contact our X-Plan Program Headquarters at: ###-###-####. Hours of operation are M-F 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST. Please let us know if the information we provided has met your expectations. If it has not, please feel free to write us back and advise how we may be of further assistance to you. At Ford Motor Company, we consider the satisfaction of our customers as one of our most important objectives. If you have any other inquiries or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to address them. Thank you for contacting Ford Motor Company. Sincerely, ****** **, Mr. ****** lied to me and I didn’t get the X Plan deal. When I called him, he stated that I got the X Plan price. Well, yes I did, but the X Plan price is for a NEW car, not one with 18k miles on it. I am also out the: Rebate Cash: $1,500.00 and Bonus Cash: $1,000 that Ford is offering. Also, $4,743.00 was added to the price of the car in extended warranties. I probably would have bought the warranties, but he had already added them without discussing how much each one of them cost. When I asked how much these warranties cost, he only said, “We’ll get to that.” Well, he never “got to that.” I called Ford back and they want me to file a formal complaint. They did advise me that filing a formal complaint is a VERY serious matter to Ford. They want me to first resolve this matter. I received a call back from Mr. ****** was informed me that Nemer would make my first car payment of $515.00 and the next bi-weekly payment. He told me he would get back to me first thing in the morning. I am still waiting. I feel I am owed the $2,500 in Ford new car incentives that I would have received if I had bought the new car. Since I was charged the X Plan New Car Price for a used car, I should get the Ford New Car incentives on a used car as well.
Wait until you have to deal with their service department! They have got your money. Good luck!

My Nemer Ford reviewThis dealership sold a car that had been in two accidents to me.
When I asked for the car fax the salesman
Blew me off. He took advantage of the fact
That I was a single mom distracted because I had
To bring my kids with me. Now I’m stuck with a
Car that has $10,000 worth of accident
Depreciation. I found this out after I tried
To trade it in. I was about to get my whole
Loan paid off until they saw that it had been
In an accident. Now I’m about to get laid off
And won’t be able to trade in my car for
Something cheaper. Nemer Ford takes
Advantage of single moms- don’t buy a car there.
