My Carmax Auto Superstores reviewI traded in my car for a pick up at Carmax Urbandale, IA. We did paperwork first for my vehicle and they requested two keys/ faubs. I then went to business office for purchase paperwork of truck. After done I was handed two truck keys and one faub. Sales manager told me most people leave with one faub. I told GM that had two turn in two and I expected two in return. He said I could purchase for $60 (salesman told me $30). I told GM I see many pictures of keys/ faubs on their website; otherwise why take pictures of keys. Also hard to back out of a purchase. I should have been made aware of the extra purchase of key faub during the purchase. I spent $25k on a truck and the dealer could not make it right, fair and reasonable. Is the purchasing of an extra key faub a way to get extra money?
