My Albany Dodge reviewDo Not buy a car here. They sold me a Jeep that would rarely start and shut off randomly while driving. They said I was more than welcome to have their service department look at for $100 per hour. This was supposed to be our safe family car and it was a piece of junk. They knowingly sell faulty cars and don’t care when you come back unhappy. Don’t buy a Jeep and Don’t buy anything from Albany Dodge!

My Albany Dodge reviewTotally scammed us with agreement to sell a new dodge ram with ten thousand down and under 500.00 a month payment. Salesman phoned Marlene next morning all set you can come get truck today. Marlene called back to ask for monthly payment etc. joe the salesman replied “is whatever your husband and I agreed. Hmmmm . Fishy. Very so. After almost two hour drive back there again to take delivery. The payment was 862.00 monthly . Almost double the agreement joe and I made was required to make deal. The sales team knew the first time there this could not be done for under 500 per month however continued to deceive us with a quick call (ALL SET ). And refuse to comment on monthly amount as agreed. Typical bait,switch method to corner innocent hardworking people to make arrangements to pick up vehicle and not till they are cramming pampers for you to sign that you finally insist on the payment to be told how hard it was to get the loan approved, bla bla, (10,000.00 down cash) seems quite simple to any other dealer with that strong of leverage deposit. Total greed, fraud and deception best describes the sales team at ALBANY DODGE in ALBANY , NEW YORK. Don’t be the next victim of what would it take to sell you this car or truck as you will be told all good however the bad being the agreed monthly amount is almost doubled is not disclosed until they quickly throw many useless papers first for you to sign and hide the actual contract till they have you convinced how hard they worked to make this deal approved (lies). Highly advise driving anywhere other then Albany dodge and all their lies,scams and horrifying victimizing sales tactics to do whatever to make you feel pressured to buy even though cost is almost double the agreed. Amount.
Never tried to resolve the huge scam they purposely did to us in august . The day we took new truck for the agreed 500 month max with 10,000.00 down at their they worked so hard to get us screwed with paying sticker price with some foreign bank with huge interest . Payment 700.00 month and 75 months so close to our agreement of 500.00 or under at 72 months. That was the very last contact from them. No follow up call of how is the truck we hammered you huge to get our monthly incentive , nothing. Never go their. They all work together as the one that wants to help you so beware. Albany dodge should be locked up
