I wanted a Grand Cherokee and they insisted I needed a minivan because I had kids and they called me a soccar mom. The price was pretty good, but ONLY if I financed it through them at 7%. I thought that was illegal to do. Also they wanted to charge me for cleaning and preparing the car $1000 which I thought was crazy. They insisted on a $1000 down payment deposit, but by then I was tired and my instincts told me to leave and keep shopping. They seemed very sneaky to me, and I think I will contact the people that regulate these dealers to see if they are allowed to make you use their bank. When I was leaving they made some nasty comments about my husband. I won’t ever go back, and will tell my friends of this disgusting unprofessional experience I had by these fools.

There is a reason their Better Business Bureau rating is an “F”……Google them…..see the comments from other people.
Their customer service is non-existant.
Their ability to lie straight to your face without remorse or any sense of decency or conscience is unparralled…..and is a practice condoned as standard operating procedure from their laughable management and ownership.
Their standard business practice is to bury THOUSANDS of dollars in additional charges and unwanted extras or warrentys into your loan – without disclosing them to you.
Again – don’t believe me?……see what others have said about them……time and time again you will find people who have experienced the same thing – unwanted or undisclosed charges that were added unknowingly by their finance dept.

Was completely satisfied with my overall service experience because the quality of service work performed. Will be taking the vehicle back for additional check ups.
I would say that the sales guy was great and professional but he heard colorful language from other employees in the background. I paid in full so there was no financing. I chose Smith Haven because I wanted something fun to drive.
I purchased a new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 from Smith Haven and I have to say my experience was fantastic. My salesmen and the sales manager worked with me and I got a great deal with no problems and I would most definitely recommend this dealership
I have been buying cars both new and used for many years and have never been treated so rude in all my years ….be very careful if you do buy here ….they are not people of their word ….I was told I didn t know what I was talking about …the sales manager, Joe Porco Just about told me iI was stupid. I WOULD NOT BUY A SPARK PLUG FROM THEM EVER Joe Porco told me if I could bring them an invoice showing the price I quoted to them He would paymy me 200.00 for my trouble ….so I did …Quess what ….I m still waiting ….I ve been there several times still no check ….Maybe the dealership is ok but I wouldn t deal with Joe ever again
