I should read these reviews before I got there. I was told they worked with people filing 1099 and with bad credit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by salesman who names starts with Erick, who is a great salesman and Hugo, who is the finance set-up guy, really tried hard to work with me. The problem and the bottom line was the finance manager, Neal. It is funny, because Erick asked how I found out about the dealership, so they have to know what people are writing about them.
It was a great feeling when I walked on the lot until I got to financing and Neal tried hard to get business but didn’t mask any attempt to try to get more money or business from on the side deals like the tax and license side loan to charging for the paint sealant. what’s paint sealant? wax? 595.00 dollars for paint sealant?
I know that financing is hard. Even for Neal, but I gave them what I wanted to pay and they assured me it would work. I ended up being there longer than I wanted to be there and the finance manager kept on asking for more and more paperwork to prove income.
When I explained that I had other businesses that were cash transactions, he said that anyone could write whatever numbers they could. And he even said that he had done in the past himself. This is not a feel good moment.
This guy personally insulted me and yet I put up with it and in end, walked out with no car, although the PT would have been great. I dont know if its the economy that is making these dealerships more paranoid and deliberate, but its unfortunate. I hope that many people will steer away from this place.
Salesman Erick needs to really work at a dealership that has a better reputation. Just trying not to get angry and post this on facebook or or myspace. Good luck in your car search.
After three hours of negotiating for a used car, we finally agreed on a price. We told the dealership we would be back the next day to pay cash for the car. They said they would hold it in the back.
The next day, after they left us to sit for 2 hours, they told us they were trying to get us a better deal. The sales manager, Mark, finally sent a message, that they were in the process of selling the car right that minute to a different customer, and we could still have it if we agreed to pay an additional $1,800. We were lied to constantly and Mark said, “Well, I guess it’s okay if I just changed my mind.” They do not hold up their end of the deal. What a waste of time. We never saw another customer on the lot the entire time we were at the lot, and passed all finance offices on the way to the filthy bathroom.
These people are very dishonest and crooked. BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL.
THERE IS A HUGE TENT WITH A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS “WE WILL PAY OFF YOUR TRADE NO MATTER WHAT YOU OWE, WE SPECIALIZE IN PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT”
I TAKE IN MY 2006 NISSAN ALITMA I OWE $12,106 ON IT. I FIND A 2005 HONDA ACCORD HYBRID THE GM BRIAN SAYS “IF WE GET YOU THIS CAR FOR PAYMENTS OF 326.00 PER MONTH WILL YOU TAKE IT, IF YES SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE”.
I RECIEVE A PHONE CALL HE SAYS “EITHER TAKE YOUR PHONE CALL OR TALK TO ME, DONT WASTE MY TIME!”
I SAY “YES”
THEY SAY “OK CONGRATULATIONS, CAN WE HAVE THE KEYS TO YOUR OLD CAR”
IM ALL HAPPY AND EXCITED I TAKE ALL THE STUFF OUT OF MY OLD CAR, THEY HAVE NO CD FOR THE GPS SYSTEM THEY PROMISE ME THAT ITS UP IN THE OFFICE, BUT LOW AND BEHOLD ITS NOT THERE. I GO TO THE DEALERSHIP EVERYDAY AND ITS NOT THERE THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO ORDER IT FOR ME.
THE NEW CAR HAS NO FLOOR MATS, ONLY ONE KEY, AND THE GPS SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK.
ON THE FOURTH DAY OF DRIVING MY NEW CAR “NANCY” FROM FINANCE CALLS ME AND IS VERY RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC. SHE STATES “I CANNOT FIND A BANK TO FINANCE YOU THEREFORE YOU MUST BRING THE CAR BACK, WHEN CAN YOU BRING IT IN”
NANCY OFFERS ME NO OTHER OPTIONS SUCH AS A COSIGNER , OR BIGGER DOWN PAYMENT OR ANYTHING.
I THINK THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS, IS UNPROFFESSIONAL, LIES, IS PUSHY AND DEMANDING AND RUDE.
I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT STEVEN MY SALES PERSON EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT HE TOLD ME BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE CD FOR ME RIGHT AWAY AND THAT ENDED UP BEING A LIE AS WELL.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL TELL YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR JUST TO GET YOU INTO A CAR AND THEN A FEW DAYS LATER GO BACK ON EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED.

PLUS THEIR USED CAR SELECTION SUCKS AS WELL. THE MOST DECENT CAR THEY HAD WAS THE 2005 HONDA HYBRID. SO THATS WHY I BOUGHT IT OR AT LEAST WAS “TOLD” I BOUGHT IT.
