The old bait and switch. Didn’t have the car at the advertised price and tried to sell me a higher priced car.
Good experience, a dealership that wants a costumer not just a sale!! :):)
:):)Good experience. The service DOES NOT end after the sale. Problems or mistakes can happen and most dealers would not care after the sale is over. Marc Heitz takes pride in their costumer relations and wants return costumers along with referrals that are positive. These goals have to be worked towards with positive, honest and friendly sales and service departments, they accomplish these goals. They work to make the car buying experience pleasant and fair. They are a company that cares what the public thinks about them, it keeps them grounded and easy to work with. If you can make a deal with them you will not regret it!! They work hard for your business and they care!:D:D
Everyone might think Marc Heitz in Norman is so great because they have a new car dealership/playground/concert stage/dog park and whatever else, but that was a serious waste of money actually. However, I wouldve suggested that with a new store they get new employees as well because the ones they have are all full of lies and they have such a cocky demeanor, like you are beneath them or something. I know when I purchase a vehicle I like to be treated as if its all about me and what I am wanting. You are supposed to earn my business. Also, after price shopping I found Marc Heitz to be anywhere from $900 to $2000 higher than some other Chevrolet dealers. Ending on a good note though, my dog likes the park and its free of charge!
