great!
Absolutely horrible. We went to finance about a month ago. We were told that we would be paying $460/mo for 48 months. We signed a bunch of shit they asked us to sign and left. When we came back, we saw on our contract that we must pay $460/mo for 72 months!. That’s an extra $11,000! Not to mention the $8K we put down… so the $25K odyssey we ended up getting, thinking will cost around $ 30K after interest and everything is actually going to cost us $41K…
Not only do they lie, but they only want your money and after that, it’s FUCK YOU… They’ll do anything to get you to sign………
He remember me my grandmother body, He is the most dishonest persom I ever deal.
He is the worst person to deal, he remenber me my grantmother old body. He is the most dishonest person I ever meet.
Bottom line is they are a bunch of crooks. Signed the papers with the salesperson to lease. We went to luch as they prepared the vehicle. When we got back and went into the leasing office, the price suddenly changed significantly. STAY AWAY!
My apologies. These comments were meant for a different dealership. I can’t find a way to delete, so please ignore.
Bx. Honda contacted us with a Lease Repurchase offer where they would pay the remaining 6 months of our lease. The letter stated we were pre-approved. We went in on Jan. 28, 2012 and spoke with the salesman, Peter, who proceeded to call Nissan for the buyout amount on my Altima. Upon getting the amount he did the paperwork to take over the Altima, took the registration and removed the plates. We then talked about buying a CRV from them. After the usual haggling over the price we decided to purchase the CRV. We asked if we had to do anything further on the Altima and were told no. In February we received a bill from Nissan for $2,000 on the Altima lease. We ignored it because Honda had repurchased it. We then received a default letter on the lease from Nissan. Upon speaking with Peter Steiniger, Honda Sales, he tells us that they did not in fact repurchase the Altima Lease that it was listed on our Bill of Sale as a NO TRADE. He states that he told us as much during our negotiation. In fact, he never told us that Honda was not going to pay off the Nissan Lease and never made reference to the Altima after we signed the car over. After reminding him that we went in not to trade in a car but on the promised pre-approved repurchasing program, he insists that he informed us of the non-payment. When told that if he had informed us of this we never would have let him have the Altima and paid for not using the vehicle, he insisted and refused to discuss the matter further. When my wife went in to the dealership to speak to the manager, she was rudely told that he did not have time to talk to her since she had “barged” into the dealership.
The salesman, Peter, out and out LIED and the dealership manager then treated us with no respect and extreme rudeness. We are now left with no recourse but to pay the $2,000 to Nissan for a vehicle that Bronx Honda took 4 months early under the guise of repurchasing the lease, when in reality they just took possession of the vehicle. They are now claiming that the words NO TRADE on the bill of sale indicates that they did not re-purchase the car. However, a Repurchase of a Lease Program is not a Trade-In but we are at a loss non the less.
I was recommend by my friend who works for the city of New York.I got several deals from dealer and decided to give my friends referral a try.The reason I went to bronx honda was the fact that other dealer i went to had extra fees that was told was mandatory.I went to bronx honda the vehicle i wanted was available .i had mcu bank account but found out that honda finance had a much better program.I decided to go home think about it talk to family members and picked the honda up the next day.
Very disappointed because I should of been spoken to instead of bamboozled.
After they did the damage they wanted to do to benefit themselves each time I called they weren’t cooperative giving me the run around.
They aren’t professionals they are con artist who rip off woman who they want to get over on and then try to make you seem as if it was your fault that they didn’t treat you like a customer they treated you like the next victim.
I would never recommend anyone to there dealership.
When I took my friends in to Brooklyn Honda Dealership they brought the same exact car in a 2009 and got better service and a better deal and they could call them and speak to them if they have questions.
A matter of fact one of the dealers’ use to work with Bronx Honda and I was told they can be real con men if you don’t know the game.
That was true information they didn’t treat me like a customer it was more to benefit their pockets and treat me like I was in the wrong for speaking on their behavior but, you reap what you sew….:devil(
horrible customer service. outright arrogance, upwelling to be helpful. no respect for customers
Salesperson new, knew next to nothing about Honda.
Finance person not friendly.
Told us to bring in the incorrect amount of bank check to purchase vehicle, with a discrepancy of $5.00 – which they demanded we pay!
Will not be purchasing from this dealer again, not recommend it, nor be using their service department.
The only thing I can say that is positive is I like the car.
As an addition, please note that I had to adjust the Review Ratings Score.
Please note that I would give this dealership a lower score than originally stated.
Saw a Honda 2008 Odyssey EX-L DVD NAVI listed on Honda.com for $26,995 with 18K milies. Called the dealer and asked if pricing was negotiable and I was told yes – “just come in and we will work with you on the price”. Went in, found out that they were not only unwilling to negotiable but claimed falsely that the price listed was erroneous when I offered to pay the list price of $26,995. It was then apparent that it is engaged in deceptive advertising – bring the customer in and try adn sell him something else or sell him the car at a higher price than listed. Whatever the reason, they are definitely not a place to buy a car,. How can you trust what they sell if they can be true with the advertsing. Btw I found out a week later that the same car is still listed in Honda.com at 26,995!. so if it was erroneous, why has it not been corrected one week later!
