DO NOT TRUST Larry Miller Dodge. Called ahead for an appointment. Went in to trade in my car and purchase an SUV, as well as purchase a car for my daughter. We were “sold” a newer used vehicle for my daughter and a brand new SUV for myself. Signed the loan docs and were on our way. Thought this was an excellent experience. Our needs had been met as was promised us on arrival. Then 4 days later I get a call to come in and sign “new” loan docs because they got me a “better deal” on my financing. Great. I come in, sign the loan docs, then was told the options that were promised to be installed weren’t going to be because those could not be financed. OK, I could live with that, was not happy, but the “better interest rate” made up for it. Had the car and SUV for 3 weeks, when again, we get a call to come in and sign “new loan docs, that are even better.” What a bunch of Bull Shit. They insisted we return the cars we had purchased and had driven for 3 weeks, and now were told, “the best we can do is put you in a new Avenger, NOT AN SUV, and your daughter will have to go into a less expensive car, but we don’t have anything in that price range at this time. I was given the keys to my trade, and told I would have to bring back the second set of keys for the SUV before they would return my down payment, and I had to provide them with PROOF, that they had actually taken the money from my account for the down payment. This dealer is 50 miles round trip. The lack of honesty was astounding, as was the game of “come in and sign new loan docs cause we got you a better deal.” BULL SHIT. They also lied and said that they OWNED the finance company we were being financed through. I called the finance company, and was told that was not true. SWITCH and BAIT. LIARS. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND LIE TO YOUR FACE. And they want you to give an excellent rating on the survey………that will never happen here.
