Purchased a 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse in March 2011. Have had nothing but major problems since. Total break replacement within 2 months, but the worst is my black car faded to white on the roof within 5 months of having it. Took it in, was given the Ok to have it painted. 3 months later the back end, and both sides started the same thing-started slowly turning white. Took it back it not once, but twice, and both times pictures were taken, had to follow up for over a week with Greg the first time he would not return my calls. My husband finally called and after a month, had an appointment for Feb 9th, as the Mitsubishi Rep was suppose to be there that day. I took the car in myself, again Greg took pictures and uploaded them to the rep-Why we had to wait so long for the rep when he wasnt even there is beyond me. I received a phone call from Greg on Feb 10th, stating the rep said it was out of warrenty and would NOT be covered. The class action lawsuit number I called after stated I had to be the owner in 2009, which I was not, so i was out of luck with that. I was given a bad car, with a terrible paint job, a class action law suit was taken for the black 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipses and I can not do anything about it. I have owned my car less than a year and have had nothing but headaches-Biggest mistake I EVER made-I will NEVER purchase from Burdick Mitsubishi and will tell everyone I know to run, not walk when they consider this dealership. I feel I have been had by the dealership.
