BMW technician did testing on my car- they found issue on a component for exhaust area. No problem on that. I paid the bill and my car was brought out me to drive it away.
When I got into the car- found that there was problem with the airbag module. This was found during testing and was a completely new issue.
Problems-
BMW did not find the problem during testing
This problem occured while in the hands of BMW.
They even drove the car out to me to drive away.
So the problem occured from the the time they tested the car (overall test, even on that specific area) until the time they drove it out.
>they could not answer any question except to say-“it happans”
>they blamed it on the porter for driving it out- that was a lie. It was the assistant sales Manager that drove it out to me. He did not pay attention.
Desert BMW of Henderson, NV is not to be trusted.
i went back to BMW and was able to discuss some issue further will the Service Director.
Overall- he as helpful to listen and did advise me what could be done to make experience better at BMW.
With his assistance- it did alleviate some of issue at the service center. Perhaps I just had some unfortunate experience….that i hope others do not have.
