I had arranged to pick up my car at 4pm. It wasn’t ready, but nobody told me so. There were four “service consultants” staring at their screens and not informing me how long to wait, where to wait, or even an apology; just “it’s not ready”. I had to go find a place on my own. The car was ready at 5.15. Still no apology. They charged $490 just for the labor, to change a battery, to change lugnuts for two wheels and for an 80K miles service. And then they left a container with highly toxic fuel additive on my passenger seat. Every time I have been to this dealership I have come away feeling humiliated and stupid.
Yesterday i called and spoke to a sales manager in regaurds to my boyfriend car. Kenneth Zapata, the gentalman i spoke to listened to everything i had to say.I recieved a phone call from my boyfriend one of the many i have recieved since he has purchased the car, stateing that he could not put the ignition key in to start the car.I just walked home from the supermarket and the car is in the parking lot because i had the same issue. one of many.I am going to get straight to the point with this, after my boyfriends car has been serviced well over 6 times in this dealership i have come to realize that this dealer ship has sold him a defective car. When i spoke to the manager he stated that the car had been in for service for differernt reasons,i was not suprised, but when i read the manuel to try to start the car,it states the chip will not allow a unautherized user to start the car and i have a key to the car, this is what i can’t understand?this car has been at you dealership several times and i read the manuel and have figured out the problem,he has not had this car for 2 years and every time this car is in for service,no one has bothered to replace the car. You see when a car has been there well over 5 times, that is what you call not serveing you customers.I can respect anyone who states there is a prolblem, lets try to fix it.then someone sending him back and fourth to the dealship, one Monday he is bring the car in once again, and that will be the finally time you see it will be so effertless to take action in this sittuation.FYI this email is also being coped ans ent to the Better Business ,and the Mass. Lemon law.
