worse dealer in Western Pennsylvania in my experience
Rorhich can not seem to be able to repair very much. In my experience they don’t usually have schematics to help them icolate issues and repair properly. The have pontential but none that can be seen in the near future. Screen on the car kept telling me that tire pressure was low on left rear and front. I was told it was a sesnor on the phone and I should remove the air from all tires and replace it again… Took to shop four times before they discovered a nail in the tire. They are not truthful. The owner answers selective pages. They know how to disappear when issues continue on that are too rough for them to attend to. Mike, John and James Swartz the service manager are hard to reach but if you do they will blame you, anything and anyone for the problems but will charge you unjustly and justify it later. New buyers beware. Find a dealership that has integreity and is honest and has a service department that can really repair your vehicle and not just guess, hit and miss and charge a lot of money anyway. By the way the bumber to bumper is only valuable if the dealer has techs that can identify problem and repair them and not have you call back by the time you enter the Liberty Tunnels having to take the care back. For much of the same, not repaired, overcharged,no courtesy. Contact me I have many bad expeiences for my DTS purchased last year with plenty of invoices to read from for issues that still exists. Be careful if you are making a decision. Money is better in your pocket if they don’t have the ability to resove the issues with your vehicle. By the way you call Cadillac to complain and you end up in the Philipeens. They were bailed out state that Romney has outsorced so many jobs when Cadillac who was bailed out with our tax monies is presently doing the same. Call them and find out for yourself. Kinda scarey. The Philipenios do have a clue as to what the answer to your question is and will in effect tell you almost anything that is incorrect. Catch the accent and ask for an American and GOOD LUCK! You will hold forever. Never another Cadillac which I thought would be my last gas car. It is my last Cadillac. It is a shame that the GM and the Cadillac name don’t mean what it did a few decades ago. Buyers Beware!
