I AM STILL SO ANGRY I THINK I WROTE MY REVIEW IN THE WRONG PLACE.. AFTER BEING IGNORED BY GEOFF AFTER COUNTLESS EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES I FINALLY SAID I WAS DONE AND TOLD HIM I FOUND HIS SERVICE POOR. AFTER I WROTE MY YELP REVIEW GUESS WHO CALLS ME? OH YOU WERE APPROVED JUST COME ON IN SO I GO IN AND AFTER DOING A LOT OF WAITING AROUND AND EVERYONE THERE LOOKS LIKE THEIR ARE PISSED OFF THEY HAVE TO BE AT WORK GEOFF TELLS ME THAT OH WOW THE HONDA GUY HAS A THE KEYS HE IS TRYING TO SEE THAT CAR YOU WERE APPROVED FOR TO SOME OTHER GUY, BUT HE HAS BAD CREDIT. SO CAN YOU WAIT AROUND FOR AWHILE.. AWHILE LATER HE COMES BACK AND SAYS YEAH THAT GUY IS GETTING THAT CAR, BAD LUCK FOR YOU HUH? WORST WORST WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THEN HE LEAVES FOR LIKE 20 MINS COMES BACK SITS DOWN. NEVER SHOWS ME ANOTHER CAR NOTHING JUST SAYS WELL YOU AR APPROVED BUT WE ARE GOING TO NEED $1500 WHAT!?!?!?!?! YOU BRING ME HERE AFTER IGNORING ME, CRUSH MY HOPES OF GETTING THE CAR I HAD BEEN PREAPPROVED FOR, FAIL TO SHOW ME ANYTHING ELSE AND THEN TELL ME YOU WANT MY MONEY!?! YOU GUYS ARE SO INEPT THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE ATE THAT 1500 BUCKS AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS!!!! WHAT JERKS!!! NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SOOOOOOO RUDELY IN ALL MY LIFE!!! NEVER EVER NEVER!!!! DUE TO MY RANT, I HAVE ALREADY SAVED ONE FRIEND WHO WAS CONSIDERING CHECKING OUT THIS DEALER.. I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT THIS PLACE TO RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!!
I have worked with Geoff many times for used cars, he does his best and even took the time to make sure a few scratches were touched up and my car was the best it could be. Geoff is one of the best car guys in the business and if you give him an opportunity you will see he is genuine and caring. I think this was just one of those situations that gets out of control and became a bad misunderstanding.
Dan Barker is the reason car dealers have a bad reputation. I drove 250 miles to test drive a FJ Cruiser that I was told had never been in an accident. To my surprise and shock the **IMMACULATE** vehicle had clear and visible signs of frame damage, cracks in the front driver side bumper, chunks out of the tire, scuffs on the rims. The lines in the hood didn’t line up, a gap in the driver doorframe, and worst of all the vehicle had a very noticeable tilt toward the driver side. When asked about these obvious imperfections, Dan’s only comment was “well, you have a better eye for this than I do.” I spent 9 hours, 500+ miles to be lied to. All for a sale. Shameful. Bommarito Nissan is a joke and should not be trusted if this is the type of salesmen they throw at you. Take your business elsewhere. What a scam. Thanks Dan for wasting my day and upholding the stereotype of your fellow car salesmen. Sleep well tonight. Karma is coming for you.
Dan Barker is a good guy and its people like this that made Dan leave the car business for a few years. He probably believed this FJ Cruiser was in great shape and to have a customer belittle him was very damaging. Everyone has a different opinion on what a nice car is and I can promise there was no intent to waste this mans day. This car just did not meet his expectations. We ended up selling this car days later with no complaints.
Their cars are $4000. over Kelly Blue book and low balled my trade by $2000. They acted like they did not wish to sell a car and basically insulted me and my wife. When I got home I ran them on casenet and found out numerous times they have been sued. That tells you how much they would stand behind their cars. Glad I didn’t purchase. Went else where got a better deal.
I too was treated poorly at Bommarito. I think they are too big to make a deal. The Bommarito’s and the Behlmann’s too big and they won’t negotiate with you. They act like their car is gold and act like yours is crap.
While we try very hard to make every deal we can’t meet every customers expectations. We price are cars according to fair market value and they all sell in a sixty day time frame. We would love to make every deal that comes across the table but not every deal lines up perfect. Please accept our appology and give us another shot next time, you may find our prices below kelly blue book.
Worst experience ever!!!! Todd is a piece of @$!”&. He told me that my trade in was worth $6,000 less than it really was then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have the time or the desire to try to teach me the car business. Apparently I looked stupid or something! I asked to speak to the manager and he stated that the manager didn’t speak with customers. This dude needs to be a janitor at a local prison. Bommarito Nissan is a scam and Todd Eversgerd is a fraud.
I remember this situation and unfortunately we can’t please everyone that comes into our dealership. We try our best and if you read plenty of reviews, you would find Bommarito is a great place to buy a car. I’m sorry for your experience with us.We strive for excellence and sometimes we may fail to meet all expectations.
I requested an online request and right away received a price on the Altima that I wanted. I had received many other quotes from other dealers that were on Altima’s that I did not want and Dustin gave me a quote on just what I had asked for right up front! I went to see him and received the price as quoted and he even was able to get me in and out in under a hour! Dusitn is very up front and knowlegeable about the product. He took the time to go over all the features on my new Altima like I have never been shown before! If you are looking for a new Nissan you must see Dustin! He is the best. This was the most painless experience that I have ever had and thought he is about 40 minutes from me it was well worth the drive. 🙂
We have purchsed 11 Nissans (trucks, cars and suv) and would not go anywhere else.

Service department will pester with calls to bring in car for service based on a time or what they think the mileage is on auto. Car I have only has 3000 miles on it and bought it 1 1/2 yrs ago. I asked them to quit calling, but still recieve robo calls from them.
I will not buy from any Bommarito dealership ever again.
We are sorry for your complaint. We do our best and after 1.5 years you should have you oil changed even with 3000 miles on it. Please call our Business development center and we will remove you from our call list. We hope you change your mind and give us another opportunity.
We just bought a new car from Bommarito Nissan and had a horrible experience with them. Not only did the sales and service person tell us there was nothing they could do about a problem with the exhaust of our brand new car which we had not discovered the day of purchase, but they also made a mistake filling out the payment paperwork, accused us that we put a stop order on the check and we were contacted by a collections agency a week later. Consider carefully before buying from this dealership.
