I used to be a patron at Bewley Allen Cadillac in Alhambra, CA. Sadly, after 70 years this dealership was shut down…Fortunately, the Allen family owns Crestview Cadillac as well. I brought my car in for service (2011 CTS Coupe) last weekend and I have to give credit to the Allen Family for choosing this location over Bewley Allen.
The service department is HUGE and they do a great job, not to take anything away from the past service workers, but the guys here have a lot more to work with. The staff is as friendly as usual, I called Julie Johnson and the very next day had my ready for my service, she provided a ride home and gave me the exact same family-style experience that I had with her pre-purchase.
I have nothing but great things to say about Crestview and my salesperson, Julie Johnson… not only did she get me a deal better than any other Cadillac dealership in proximity, but was amazed at the level of service and initiative she took to get my car seen and me back on the road in my beautiful Cadillac.
Bottom Line: Go to Julie for your cars, go to Crestview for your service…You won t regret it.

We love the 2008 Cadillac EXT that we found at Bewley Allen Cadilliac. It is in excellant shape and was cleaned and presented like a brand new car. It is exactly what we were looking for.

Chris Ferren at Bewley Allen was the only dealer rep to contact me despite listing four local Cadillac dealers.
Chris was truly professional through the entire transaction. He responded to every request I had via email in a prompt and professional manner.
What was most refreshing is that he never used any car dealer cliches to pressure me into the purchase. He actually made buying the car a pleasurable experience.
Chris is the kind of guy you’d want to have as a friend. And BTW, the Cadillac CTS is a truly great car. I have driven BMWs for the past 20 years including a brand new 535i I just leased in August and I prefer to drive the CTS.
