My salesman gave me a false history report of the 2013 F-150 he showed me, then went on to brag about the 100+ point inspection every vehicle went through before being sold.
After purchase, I discovered the truck was not previously owned by a single individual as the dealership promised, but that it was part of a fleet leased to a construction company in Alberta. I had already begun to suspect severe wear and tear, so I was not completely surprised. Curt Abernatha, the used sales manager, offered to “make it right” by charging me an additional $1,200 to exchange for another truck which was being offered at the exact same price (another leased truck with a lien history). “You deceived me about its history yet I have to pay you even more?”
Since they refused to budge, I drove the truck home. I’ve since learned that major repairs need to be made which will cost nearly $4,000. My mechanic told me, “There is no way a mechanic could have missed these things if he was looking.”
Longmont’s response to selling me this worn out pile? An automated birthday email telling me how much they value my business! Ha!
Longmont Ford is the type of dealership that make people despise used car dealers.
Review on LONGMONT FORD and Greg Milczuk
One of the first comments made to me (from Greg Milczuk) when looking at cars in the lot at Longmont Ford was, “we don’t sell shitty cars here.”
Within the first week of purchasing the car, it required maintenance in which the car needed a new clutch. Longmont Fort clearly missed a slipping clutch on their 100+ point inspection….. When attempting to solve this issue, I called the dealership to ask Greg for advice and he completely blew me off telling me to call back Monday (a week later) and proceeded to focus on the review he wanted from me.
In addition, I called a seperate time in attempt to acquire information for my insurance company in which incorrect info. was given to me along with a snarky comment and negative attitude pertaining to my call (by Rick.)
I would *NOT* recommend purchasing a vehicle from LONGMONT FORD to anybody unless they would like an terribly unprofessional experience including a car that needs maintenance within the first week of purchase
and ingenuine customer service.
We purchased a mini van in December 2011 including adding on a $3000 extended warranty. 1 week later the car broke down so we took it to the service department. They tell us sorry we cant fix it we need to send it to the Dodge dealership as it is under the manufacturer warranty. So in the meantime I have NO vehicle. We get the car back and several repair shop visits later and finally in August they decide the engine needs rebuilt but we can’t use the extended warranty we paid for. The car goes to Dodge for an engine rebuild under power-train warranty no car again. I average driving my car 2-3 weeks a month the other time it is in the shop. We have the car for 4 weeks after the engine is rebuilt and guess what it needs to be done again. We decide we need a new car so call the dealership to cancel the warranty that we bought but have not been able to use. We are told we cannot cancel unless we want to buy another car from them and they will put it in that loan for us. Really??!@@!^$ We do NOT want another lemon from Longmont Ford. We want our money for a product that they sold us that we cannot use!
We have been looking around for months for a good commuter car for my husband. He drives 45 miles each way to work do it needed to be something the got good mileage but also was a nice car to drive. We looked at the civic, Mazda 3, corolla, and a few others. I called in to Longmont Ford to get directions and BJ answered the phone. We drove down and me with him. He showed us the focus and we loved it. BJ was great to deal with and answered every question we asked. This was the best buying experience we have ever had and will not hesitate to buy from them again.
We recently purchased a brand new 2012 Ford F150 from Longmont Ford. We had been doing a lot of research online trying to figure out which engine we wanted. BJ was very helpful in accessing our needs and helped us pick out the perfect truck. I have bought a lot of trucks in my time and this was the best experience I have had yet. We will be purchasing all our vehicles there!!
With less than perfect credit I was guided to Longmont Ford’s Special Financing. I found a vehicle I wanted on the internet and Gary worked his magic and “got me approved” for the particular vehicle I inquired about. Because I don’t live in Longmont I tried to get as much information about the financing as I could and Gary remained vague, just kept saying, “you have to promise me you’ll come down tomorrow”. I was thrilled and assured him I would. Cleaned my trade-in inside and out, made arrangements to get off of work and something kept telling me to stick to my guns and get the information I wanted. Spoke to Greg, Gary’s manager. The payment they had me in was more than my monthly rent and Greg said, “this is a generous offer”! It was manipulation to get me down to Longmont and try to sell me something I didn’t want and to put someone who is trying to improve their credit in a payment that big is sabotage! Gary & Gregs approach is condescending and insulting. I would never encourage someone to go to this dealership.
We had bought 2 cars previously from Longmont Ford and had been satisfied. The day we went to purchase our 3rd vehicle, the salesman was running around trying to keep several deals going at the same time – he had no time for us, just kept ducking in and asking us questions while we awaited word on financing. We did make a deal with them on a nice used car. Signed the papers and drove it home (2 hours away). Three days later the finance person called and said they had made a mistake and the payment had gone up by about 12 dollars. We drove over an hour to meet someone and sign new papers. Three days after that we were called and said that they had made a mistake on the payoff of our trade-in (they even admitted that this was THIER mistake, not ours) and the deal had fallen through. We called and e-mailed the General manager and the owner of the company and received no response. They drove to our home, brought our trade-in back with an empty gas tank, no license plates and only one key and took back the car we had purchased. We will never recommend this dealership and will never return. Since we had the car at home for over a week and a half, many people knew we had bought the car and where we bought it. Subsequently they have heard this story of the way we were treated and are shocked that a “reputable” dealership would go back on a deal. VERY disappointing, especially since we were repeat customers.
I purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Longmont Ford. My experience was horrible.
1. The van requires a navigation disk for the navigation and audio system to work. This vehicle didn’t have one. They showed me several on eBay that were between $30 and $120 so they gave me a $90 credit so I could purchase one. What I didn’t know is that there are different versions. It cost me $160 for the up-to-date version.
2. They failed to mention that one of the floor mats was missing (they were all in the back of the car drying).
3. They gave me one key and no remote. They said that’s all there was but that I could go to the Toyota dealer and spend about $150 to get a duplicate key and a remote key. I spoke with the Toyota dealer and confimed this. The problem was that the key they gave me was a valet key (I found this out at the Toyota dealer) which meant I had to have the car re-coded to new keys which cost $450. I spoke with the used car manager about it. Surprise, surprise. He didn’t call me back.
Sure, I didn’t have to buy the car. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t have just on principle. I feel very taken advantage of.
I won’t ever go back.
I purchased a 2007 Dodge Durango form these guys and if the sales process wasnt nightmare enough… When I took the truck in for emissions, it FAILED! I immediatly took my truck to the nearest Dodge dealer, where they found several problems, including the check engine light NOT working. I was not able to have the vehicle repaired there it had to go back to Longmont Ford. Chris kept saying, "we are going to make this right." What I didnt know is his idea of making things right was trying to band-aid the problem instead of fix it. They want me to pay for the repairs.
#1. It is illegal for a dealer to sell a vehicle with the check engine light not working.
#2. It is illegal for a dealer to sell a vehicle that doesnt pass emissions. BEWARE they will try to hide behind a little disclosure on the emissions coupon that says, the emissions must be done with in 3 days of the date of purchase. If you have a 90 day temp tag, why would you go get an emissions with in 3 days?
If that isnt horrible enough, they replaced a bulb in the dash and returned my vehicle with wires hanging out of the dash.
I purchased a 2011 chevy hhr saturday october 8th. This car looked perfect had 1500 approx miles on it and gary was very precistant to get me into the car. Even when we went threw the inventory together every other car i liked Gary said had been sold. So this car new is 18,000 I thought as well as gary convinced me i was getting a great deal paying 17,000 ok after financing was done plus the dealer fees i am facing 28,000 ok. Monday morning on my way to the dealership to get the title squared away the car started making an extremely loud noise. I get to the dealership and the manager came out and said ok im so sorry lets get you a rental car and take this to chevy because it is under warranty. I didn’t take the rental car because of personal reasons but that was very nice of them. The next morning the chevy dealership calls me and says were you aware of any accidents this car has been in? I said no because the dealer and car facts both had no previous record of this. The man at chevy said this car looks like it went off a cliff underneath! Pretty upset i called my step father and told him what the guy had said and he called the man at chevy. The guy then told my step father that the hood had been replaced, there was some sort of putty stuck to the bottom of the oil pan, and it was going to need a new engine and the warranty is voided completely! So after back and forth conversations with the original dealership i headed down there with my step father and the car had been towed back to the dealership. Then the mechanic at the dealership took me and my step father out to the garage and showed us the damage. There was rust all over the entire bottom where it had been crashed before and the putty was stuck only over a crack on the oil pan, and the mechanic wiped it off in front of us. Then they had the odasity to blame me and said i crashed the car ok! 1. Im a 20 year old female, i don’t know what an oil pan looks like. 2. the marks are rusted. 3. they were not able to provide me with an inspection report from before they sold it. 4. they told me straight up nothing has ever happened to this car it was a too good to be true scenario !!! So the managers took me aside and said i crashed this car now im out 28,000 and a 9,000 fix. oh and did i forget i have NO CAR !!!!!!!!! This dealership knew what they were selling me and they screwed me over hard core. My insurance company wont even fix it because they came out and took pictures and told me they were pre existing damages!!! The dealership needs to make things right before i have to take things to another level.
@Nicole I purchased a vehicle around the same time as you did and just recently found out it had been in a major accident prior to me purchasing it. This had not been disclosed and due to a fender bender I now have a totaled vehicle. Did Longmont Ford make it right with you or have you had to pursue legal action? I can be reached at verymadconsumer g ma il . c o m
First of all, I wanted to say that many of the reviews seen to be biased, seems like most people only take the time to write something when everything does not go their way. That being said, I searched long and hard for the Mustang I wanted and literally found it at just two dealerships in Colorado, drove 1 ½ hours to Longmont to buy my new car. I can’t express how glad I am that I went with Longmont Ford. Ed Trejo in Internet Sales and Brent Robbins (General Sales Manager) made this my best buying experience ever. I’ve purchased at least 20 cars in my lifetime and I have never received such a good deal on a car in my life (way below invoice). I’m not saying everyone will get the same great deal (many factory incentives), but I will say that you can expect the staff to be courteous (very formal), professional and extremely helpful. Guarantee the next Ford I buy will be from Longmont!
When to sit down to finance they raised the price of the vehicle by $1,000 and tacked on $6,000 in fees and taxes. Then they told us that they actually lowered the price of the vehicle by $3,000. Then they told us an interest rate, but after coming home and calculating the monthly payment with the amount we were financing, it turned out they lied about every detail of the deal, from the price of the vehicle, taxes and fees and interested rate. They kept on saying that would give us the details once we agreed to terms and were ready to sit down and sign paperwork. I will never go back there again.
same here they told me my car would be 17,000 after figuring everything out it came out to be 28,000 and it blew up 2 days later!!!
We recently purchased a used car from this dealership and after we signed papers and got the car home, we drove it around at night, this is when we realized that the front headlight did not work properly and that the dash lights randomly shut off and then turn back on. I drove the car back to the dealer and told them about the problems. I was told that we already signed papers and that they knew the car had these issue and decided before we bought it they where not fixing it. Earlier today I noticed a missed call from them and hoping that they had decided to fix these safety issues I called back. The person that answered the phone was extermely rude and told me she had no clue who called or why I was calling them. I would never recommend buying a car from this company. The staff is rude and they are okay with not fully disclosing safety problems involving their cars before you purchase them. 😡
i was pressured into trading my 2004 f250 diesel. it needed some work, and i only owed $10,000 on my ford. i bought a 2006 chevy silverado. i thought they gave me the value of the ford and discounted it on to tyhe chevy. eventually public service credit union repoed the chevy and sold it for $15,000, and now they are making me pay $8500 more on the truck, when it wasn’t worh the $15,000. it’s a shame that these dealers at longmont ford can take advantage of a hard working american. i am never recommending longmont ford to anyone. they are crooks in my book.:devil(
I had service done to my truck at this HORRIBLE dealership, mind you this dealership will not be nice to you!
My total bill for this “TUNE UP” that included new spark plugs and wire, was 1800.00$$ I had to take a loan just to pay this in 2 years….
Just this week my truck fouled again! The shop says I need new spark plugs and wires of which I paid FORD DEALERSHIP 1800.00$ to fix.
Now I am faced with another 1800.00 bill that FORD DEALERSHIP in Longmont will NOT honor, talking about terrible customer service and the non willingess to work with it’s paying customers is horrid. SCrew the FORD DEALERSHIP they are bunch of hypocrite theives that have nothing better to do than lie and take peoples money for crappy service..
my suggestion is if you are looking for a good Service DO NO GO TO LONGMONT FORD DEALERSHIP! they are terrible!!! I hate them.
I bought a Dodge Charger from this dealership which turned out to have an issue a year down the road. I got an unfriendly help from the sales manager, sales person was “too busy” to talk to me. I ended up paying for the costs to repair the damage that is evidently not mine, the sales manager was sure “it is not our fault”. Longmont Ford, i will never buy a car from you again neither will i recommend anyone!
Beware of purchasing either an extended warranty or too close to your car payment. If you buy an extended warranty you cannot get a refund for it and the dealer did not disclose this. I purchased a truck in May with a $2500 extended warranty and traded it in in October for a 2011. I was going to take the prorated refund from the 2010 warranty and apply it to the new truck and pay the difference. They said it was not refundable and if you read the middle page it’s true. Only after I threatened a BBB complaint did they issue the refund. Additionally, I did this on 10/15 and they still have not paid off the loan. I had to make the payment so my bank did not report me late.
BEWARE!!!
I was put into a 2009 car that is falling apart before my eyes. I have spent so much money in two months on fixing this car that already has high car payments and when I called the dealership to discuss my concerns, they advised that I better hope that I purchased a really good extended warranty and hung up on me. I feel like my need for a vehicle was taken advantage of and now I am stuck is this money pit of a car! The dealership won’t respond to me and it’s clear that they lied and don’t care what they have done to muddy up my life. 🙁
THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE WORST DEALERSHIPS EVER! WE WISHED WE WOULD HAVE CHECKED INTO THIS ONE A LITTLE MORE BEFORE WE BOUGHT A TRUCK THAT ONLY WORKED FOR ONE WEEK. THE TRUCK WE BOUGHT ONLY WORKED ONE WEEK AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT TO FIX IT OR GIVE US ANOTHER DEAL ON ANOTHER TRUCK. THIS IS WHY WE ARE TRYING TO WARN ALL OF YOU BEFORE YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE ARE.

I purchased a 2002 Nissan Maxima May 15 2010 from Longmont Ford. On May 19 thecheck engine light came on 2 days after I took it to emissions. I took it to mylocal mechanic and he pulled the codes and it was an O2 sensor/catalyticconverter code. I had it reset and it returned on May 20. The light only comeson when you hit 70MPH or higher. I returned to the dealer May 20 and spoke withthe young lady who sold me the car and she went to her manager and they refusedto do anything because I didn’t purchase the $1800 extended warranty. Theywould not even come out to look at the car to verify that the check enginelight was on. I have not repaired the problem because I just bought a car andcannot afford to spend anymore.
June 5 2010, I open the hood to replace the air filter and come to see that theradiator has sprayed anti-freeze all over the engine bay and the over flowcontainer has no coolant in it. I wanted to make sure that it wasn’t a faultyradiator cap, so I bought a new cap and replaced it. Today, June 8, 24 daysafter paying $7700 dollars for this car, I open the hood and the engine bay isonce again covered in burned anti-freeze. I immediately returned to the dealerand went directly to the used car manager Brent Robbins ( [email protected]) and the first thing he said after hearing my complaint was “I hope youbought a warranty” with that arrogant car sales man attitude. I did notappreciate the response that I received and the treatment by the manager. Brent Robbins would not come to see the engine compartment to verify that thereis a major leak. Mr. Robbins even refused to give me his business card soI could get his name. I was very surprised that they have the TomMartino Trouble shooter stickers plastered all over their dealership, so Ithought they would be familiar with giving quality customer service and careabout the product that they are selling. I went to their dealership on partbecause they are Tom Martino recommended and I expected to buy a car that wouldlast me more than 30 days. I am extremely un-happy with Longmont Ford andexpect more from a business of their caliber.
Our sales consultant was Joseph Trujillo. Joseph was very professional and nice to work with. He will be the first person we contact when car shopping in the future.
HERE’s A GOOD TRUE STORY FOR YOU:
These dishonest mechanics came up with a repair estimate of over $2,000 for my Ford. the list of repairs included brakes, 4×4 shift motor (which I was told the part could ONLY be purchased through a Ford dealer at $298…LIARS! Checkers has it for $91), injector service, front lower ball joints, etc etc etc….
The price seemed kind of high-but what would I know right?! SO-I went for a second opinion to another mechanic in Longmont.
NONE of the items on the list checked out-NOTHING WAS WRONG that THEY claimed was! ALL that needed to be done were small repairs that cost me $300-(including the alignment, alternating belt-NOT MENTIONED by FORD!!, oil change, new windshield wiper, and the actual ball joints) at the new mechanic. THREE HUNDRED-and my car runs GREAT NOW. What makes this whole scenario worse, if that this dealership told me I would be “unsafe and dangerous” to drive my car any further. ALSO NOT TRUE.
*The brakes-FINE.
*4×4 shift motor-FINE
etc etc etc-ALL FINE.
The things that DID need to be done-were NOT MENTIONED!!!!
These mechanics are awefull liars and horrible horrible people as far as I am concerned. DO NOT GO HERE. Karma is a bitch-Im sure it will catch on to them. I am beyond livid. Never going back! I am a 56 year old woman-and have NEVER been taken advantage of so horribly by mechanics!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey there, same exact thing happened to me!! They gave us a list if repairs with a bill of $2000….I had it checked out at two other places and the final, real repair cost was $300. They also charged us for looking at it and said we wouldn’t get our keys until we paid… For a charge we never agreed to beforehand !! These folks are slimeballs…stay away!!!!
Why are so many of you Longmont Ford affiliated people writing reviews on your own stealership? Seems like you guys have embarked on a PR campaign since I last looked into your online ratings. Let me give you a hint: it’s quite noticeable.
Everyone I’ve ever spoken to with a Ford here in Longmont says to steer clear of this dealership. And while they’ve never not fixed a problem I was forced to bring to them, every time I have to go to them for a recall or something my independent cannot handle I feel like I need to take a bath when I’m done.
And while there is no outright disrespect that you can put a finger on from the service department, there is an underlying tone and flippancy – like you’re wasting their valuable time, and you know absolutely nothing about auto repair so you should just be quiet. When you have the temerity ask a question they look at you like you have two heads.
Time estimates are very often incorrect and they are outrageously expensive.
There is ONE BRIGHT SHINNING LIGHT at Longmont Ford – Gene in the parts department – the man is a walking, talking parts encyclopedia and can source the most obscure parts for 30 year old Fords. Always a pleasure to deal with him.
I am a long time Ford customer, but will not purchase another new Ford product as long as I live in Longmont as I will need to take it to these pompous folks for warranty service. They were mediocre before the Boulder Ford dealership closed, now they are insufferable.
I have been dealing with Longmont Ford for ten long years and I have to agree with everything said here, including the positives about Gene in parts – the one shining light and a joy to work with.
After looking for a new car for the past six months, I found the greatest deal ever. I visited Longmont Ford and met the friendliest sales associate (Macaria) that answered all of my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Macaria matched me with the best car that suited my lifestyle but more importantly in this struggling economy; she matched me with a car that suited my budget. From beginning to end, Longmont Ford and all of its staff treated me like royalty. I would most definitely recommend this dealer for your next auto purchase. Remember to ask for Macaria Rivera when visiting Longmont Ford!
We bought our Ford 500 from Longmont, we got an awesome deal and have been very happy with our choice of vehicle. We recently had it repaired for a leak in the back door and they not only fixed that problem but they fixed a problem with the brakes that we were not aware we had. We have always been treated well at this dealership. 🙂
Sales person was a very kind and honest man. He was also to work with us on the ways to finace the vehicle. The dealership atmosphere is welcoming and open too. Buying a car there was a great experience. I will definitely come back.:)
After about a month of looking, I found a car at Longmont Ford that was only about $5,000 and I was told over the phone that I’d been pre-approved for a loan that would make my payments $129 a month for 60 months. After test driving and wanting to buy the car, I was brought into the office of “Chaz” – the person who would handle my financing paperwork. He said my actual payment might go over that “a bit.” I told him that I was told $129 at 60 months and that I can only afford that – and that he saw what I was making (very little – $950 per month gross at my two jobs plus I do odd jobs for people). He told me it’s actually 66 months and it was over the $129 per month.
He quickly pulled out a list of many different service warranty packages I could buy. He told me not to look at the “numbers” yet — they were as high as $188 per month. I became concerned because I was feeling sucked in and deceived. I said “No – I don’t want it – Just the $129 I was promised.” Chaz said “Are you surrrre? I just want to make sure you are protected. It would only cost you $138 per month – only an additional $9 a month- to get the basic protection here.” Chad showed me a list of all the things that this basic warranty covered. The car didn’t have any other warranty.
I asked him – “So, if I broke down in say, Salida, would I just be able to bring it in and get it fixed?… As long it was one of these on this list of things.” “Yes!” said Chaz “It’s only $9 more per month and you are covered for 36 months or 36,000 miles.” I felt, at that point to add a cost of roughly $600 over the life of the loan (66 months) to be protected in this way, would be worth it. I agreed. Then Chaz began to make conversation with me – now I realize it was the way a doctor makes chit chat to distract you from the pinch of a needle. He just kept slamming down page after page of documents for me to sign or initial. He said, “Ok – just initial here, here, here, here, here and sign here…And where are you from again?” Then he tightly folded up all the documents, three ways and stuffed them in a letter envelope.
I think you know what happens next. When I got home with my $5,000 car, I saw that over the life of the loan I would end up paying a little over $9,000… nearly double the loan. Not because of the dealer fee ($399) – I anticipated that – there were signs up all over the dealership announcing that one. Not because of the taxes – got that – and the loan was made at 7.5% — so I anticipated that interest but then I saw it – $1,799 for a service protection plan. Wait – what – what about my $9 more a month? Even at 66 months that is only about $600 – this is $1,700 – not $600. And not only that – there is a $100 deductible every time you bring your car in – not just “bring it on in” if it’s on this list of things. Bam. 😡
The service staff stepped up and remedied a bad situation by sales. Sales stated taht all items in the checklist are fixed before the vehicle is sold, they are not. Service performs the vehicle check, then Sales tells service what to fix/not fix. Service did step up and pay my warranty deductible even though it was Sales fault.
—
My mistake: Sales is at fault in this situation, read my review for service. Jerry didn’t contact me at all to help resolve the problem, the sales manager took it upon himself to discuss it with the owner. If I could switch my rating I would, sales 2 out of 5, service 3.5 to 4 out of 5.
MY HUSBAND & I WERE BOTH IN THE MARKET FOR NEW CARS. I RESEARCHED ONLINE THE VEHICLES WE WERE LOOKING FOR. WE WENT INTO THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP (LONGMONT FORD) ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE OFFERING BOTH CARS WE WERE LOOKING FOR. I CALLED AHEAD TO EXPLAIN THAT WE HAD OUR OWN FINANCING & WERE LOOKING FOR 2 VEHICLES. WE REQUESTED THE VEHICLES BE PULLED TO THE FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP AT 6PM THAT EVENING. SO- WE COULD DRIVE & BUY… FAST! WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP, IT TOOK US APPROX. 10 MINUTES TO FIND ANYONE THAT WORKED THERE, AND I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP??? THE CARS WERE NOT PULLED AROUND & NOBODY HAD EVER HEARD OF US? SO- ALL THE RESEARCH & TIME I SPENT ONLINE & CALLING THEM- WAS FOR NOTHING! WE TEST DROVE BOTH CARS WITH THE FULL INTENT TO DRIVE THEM HOME THAT DAY! THE SALES “PROFESSIONAL” WAS SO RUDE & FINALLY REALIZED AFTER A HORRIBLE ATTEMPT TO “SELL” US- THAT HE HAD TO BRING HIS SALES “MANAGER” OVER TO TALK TO US- HE WAS EVEN WORSE! POOR LEADERS= POOR PERFORMERS! THAT IS THE CASE AT LONGMONT FORD! THE GIRL THAT TOOK US ON OUR TEST DRIVES- CONTINUED TO EXPLAIN HOW HORRIBLY MANAGED & SHORT STAFFED THEY ARE & THAT THEY MAKE “SO MUCH MONEY” CUZ THEY CRAM CARS TO BUYERS JUST TO GET THEM GONE. ALSO- WE HAVE 2 SMALL CHILDREN…. WHEN WE ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP AFTER OUR TEST DRIVE- THERE WERE 3 EMPLOYEES SMOKING & SWEARING LOWDLY RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A POOR DISPLAY OF PROFESSINOALISM IN MY LIFE! NEEDLESS TO SAY- WE DID NOT & WOULD NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM LONGMONT FORD & WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW VEHICLE…. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME THERE! THE VERY NEXT DAY- WE WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP- PURCHASED 2 NEW CARS- FOR OVER $7K LESS THAN THEY WERE OFFERING FOR THE SAME VEHICLES (AND THEY WERE NICER CARS… WELL KEPT, CLEAN, LOW MILES….) !!! THEY ARE LIARS! THEY WERE PROUD TO SAY SEVERAL TIMES…. “THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST WITHIN 200 MILES & THAT WE WOULD NOT FIND A BETTER PRICE ANYWERE. THEY UNDERVALUED MY TRADE- IN ALSO! I LOVE IT THAT THE VERY NEXT DAY- I GAVE MY BUSINESS … AND MY TRADE IN- TO “GO” AND THEY GAVE US EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR! I AM SO PLEASED THAT WE MADE THE DECISION TO NOT LET LONGMONT FORD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US! PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE SAME COURTISY & DON’T BOTHER VISITING LONGMONT FORD!!! WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR NEW CARS! AND MOST IMPORTNALY, WE KNOW WE MADE A GREAT DECISION TO NOT BUY FROM LONGMONT FORD! IT WAS PROVEN THE VERY NEXT DAY- WHEN WE WALKED INTO A “GO” SHOWROOM- WERE GREATED PROMPTY, WERE TREATED WITH DIGNITY & RESPECT, WE WERE NOT TALKED DOWN TO- AND WE GOT A BETTER DEAL! THAT’S THE BOTTOM LINE!
GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR IN THIS MARKET! DO YOUR RESEACH!!!! AND DON’T GET RIPPED OFF BY LONGMONT FORD!
Just want to say thanks to all the sales team members. You guys made things very easy for me. Thanks for answering all my queries with patience. You have done a wonderful job in helping me buy my Mustang. And thanks for the quick delivery of my car. I couldn’t have asked for more
We have just returned from a great weekend drive and we are all very happy with our new Ford Edge. I didn’t believe my friend when he told me about Longmont Ford. But after visiting your showroom, I realized car shopping can be so much easier and fun. I am convinced of your services and will contact you for all my future vehicle needs. Thanks a lot.

For a busy, on-the-move executive like me, servicing my Ford Taurus at a fixed time was particularly difficult. The option of leaving my Taurus at my dealership, at my convenience, was something that would have suited me perfectly well. And that is what Longmont Ford did for me. In its online segment, there is a section called “alternative date” and “alternative time”, through which I could easily fix my most convenient time for service.
