They are Liars!! They never return calls after the sale.
They could care less when you find out their lying, what can you do about it unless you tape the salesman. They just deny it.
Save your time, go somewhere else!
Im having the same experience. I purchased last week and we’re already long forgotten. I called the Acura client line and they were helpful. Yes they lie!
Almost a farce-every sleazy stereotype of a used car dealer all rolled into one. High pressure, rush to sign, then make you wait to soften you up for the finance manager. No transparent pricing, add ons that make no sense, more add ons, borderline insults and threats. Never again.
went to tent sale and bought a Honda pilot put 1625.00 down
they offered 9.9 ,2 weeks pass call from wizard ohare finaly got you financed come in and sign papers-went in that night
waited almost a hour, then sales rep says he was worried about loan but they got it done, then sales mgr comes over and has no clue last name aritz , he says we need another 3800 bucks, so here i am no loan and need to return car
dont buy from these idiots,finance mgr never spoke to me lied and lied, they stink , sales rep Caleb a christian is in so over his head, the car had not been serviced
if you buy a acura actually a over priced Honda go any where else

In all of my car shopping experiences, this was by far the best. Darren Maus is excellent! I didn’t feel pressured at all and it was a very relaxed environment. I left with the car I wanted….hooray!!!
I purchased my new Acura last week, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had my salesmen Darren Maus was great to work. He helped me pick a vehicle that fit not only my needs but my wallet as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family

I had the best car buying experience of my life with these guys. I am 62 years old and have purchased about 25 cars in my life, but Steve Hamilton and Brijen Dave are absolutely the best of any salespersons I’ve ever worked with. If you are in the market for a car…do yourself a favor and call Steve or Brijen at Acura of Peoria.
We came in and enjoyed every minute w/Sara. She was very kind and professional. We didn’t feel over burden but very welcomed and assured about the whole experience. I was completely satisfied with my purchase from Acura of Peoria. Not once did I feel any kind of pressure into the sale. I have purchased several vehicles before from other dealerships but have to say that this was a pleasurable experience. It didn’t take to long but the nice thing about it was that they had sandwiches and fruit available. I would certainly continue to use Acura of Peoria for all my vehicles needs.:)
This place could not be any more of a poster-child for rotten dealerships. The bulls**t meter is high. From forms you really dont need to fill out, to adding “features” to the car that they dont tell you about ahead of time.
Not to mention…the hell of financing. AND, i had my financing approved by my own bank so i would avoid the bickering over finances when i went to shop. As it stands today, they have taken my first month’s car payment and not actually applied it to the loan. I only know this because i have contacted my bank about the process. They consider it to be fraud – accusing the bank of needing my first month’s payment when the bank does not practice business that way.
I am also sick of auto-people claiming christianity during the process. As if i can suddenly trust them. Their ethics are situational and only benefit themselves. RUN, dont walk, to another place to get your car. Better yet, buy from a private seller!
😡 😕 😡 😕 I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service is terrible. They tell you one thing and do another and they don’t follow through with nothing. You have to keep bugging them to get off their butts and do what they say they would do. Finance guys and sales persons truly SUCK. They are the rudest people when they can’t pursuade you to do what they want. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. TAKE MY ADVICE, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.
