My Bob Ruth Ford reviewI took my 2020 Ford F-150 that i leased from Bob Ruth Ford for transmission problems. They told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission, i just wasn’t accustomed to the shifting pattern of the new 10 speed. Three months later i take the truck back due to the shifting problem getting worse. This time they thought to check the fluid level, well lo and behold, it was low on fluid! Problem solved, so why couldn’t their $129 an hour mechanics think to check the fluid level the 1st time??? I also had an issue with my remote locks not working properly, when Ford refused to cover the repair under warranty, they stuck ME with the bill! Then when i got my truck home, there were 2 door dings that weren’t there when i gave it to them! Im gonna fight them on that, for sure. To top it all off ,the service manager has absolutely NO customer service skills, he insisted that I should have figured out the lock issue on my own, when their mechanics AND Ford engineers couldnt!! Don’t waste your time or money doing business here, you will be sorry if you do!

My Bob Ruth Ford reviewI took my secretary and her son in on Friday, January 10 to look at a 2008 Ford Taurus that was listed on Auto Trader for $10,532. Her son is 19 and was looking to purchase his first car, and was very excited about the Taurus. We spoke to the salesman, who brought the price down to $9700 in order to earn our business. The son gave a deposit on the vehicle on Friday We then went in on Saturday, January 11 to finalize the paperwork and pay cash for the car. We were informed by the salesman that there was a mistake and the car would now cost over $11,000. We were definitely lied to because the car is still listed (1/12) on Auto Trader for $10,532. Do you get the idea that there is something definitely suspicious going on? We walked out on the salesman, and will never recommend Bob Ruth Ford to anyone!
The issue with this customer has been resolved.

She was also very accommodating and extremely helpful getting us in to our new to us diesel truck. We will definitely be returning to Bob Ruth Ford to see Kim with the purchase of our next vehicle needs.
