My Bob Penkhus Volvo Mazda reviewDO NOT BUY A NEW OR USED VEHICLE FROM BOB PENKHUS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AT ALL COSTS. THEY WON’T DISCLOSE IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO YOU, THEY’LL SAY THEY’RE PAYING OFF YOUR TRADE AND JUST TACK IT ON TO THE NEW CAR YOU GOT FROM THEM. THEY’LL TELL YOU YOU GET FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGES, BUT IN ACTUALITY LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR PAPERWORK AND THEY CHARGE YOU $600 FOR IT. THEY WANT YOU TO THINK THEY’RE NICE AND HELPFUL BUT THEY’RE A HUGE RIP OFF, THEY RIPPED OFF MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF, WHO IS A SOLIDER. WHO DOES THAT? THEY ALSO CHARGED US $4000 IN WARRANTY’S AND OTHER HIDDEN FEES. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE PLEASE CONTACT ME, I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A LARGE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM, EVERYONE WHO HAS BOUGHT FROM THEM LOOK OVER YOUR PAPERWORK REALLY WELL, IM SURE WE ARE NOT THE FIRST FOR THEM TO DO THIS TO. ALSO I AM GETTING THEIR DEALERSHIPS BLACK FLAGGED FOR ALL MILITARY, SINCE THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEM. I am in total agreement with you on all the BS they put in their contract. They had me in the office for over 8 hours trying to “negotiating a deal”. They kept quoting me lower and lower with the same amount down. I bought a 2007 Mazda 6 for 19000(roughly) brand new. with 1750 cash rebate shoulda brought the total to 17250, but….. I ended up paying 536 per month for 6 years. At 6% percent interest, you do the math. I ended up paying 38000 for a 19000 dollar car. WTF did I get?? A 5 series Beemer?? Heck no. I got a Mazda 6. I didnt leave the dealership until 10 pm that night and could hardly see what I was signing I was so tired. BOBBY PENKHUS, you suck. I hope everyone in your business that is involved with all these bogus sales get including yourself go to prison for life. I will gladly testify on behalf of ripped off soldiers everywhere. They flood the C Springs community with money, you dont need to rip us off to get it.
