They’ll treat you perfectly fine while you are there shopping, but run some backend and unauthorized transactions with your credit a month after you purchase. They’ll then claim they have no idea what your talking about or simply ignore your calls. They have no interest in maintaining customer satisfaction and you can expect that the goal trickles from the top because General Manager, Kaz Amiraslani or his staff below him Henry and PJ wont return your calls and then claim they spoke with you when in fact the only person who might call you is Kim, the lady who handles DMV paperwork.
If this is “The Mazda Experience” it sounds like Masamichi Kogai and his board members in Irvine have some work to do and I plan to make sure they know the type of representation the boys in National City are providing their brand.
on the phone quoted me thousand of dollars less selling price vs. I arrived to the dealership. they are a bunch of liers. horrible treatment by managment.DON’T BUY NOTHING FROM THIS GUYS !!!!!!!!
armando took me from car to car and explained everything.never pushed me to buy now or it is the end of the world speech like the john hine manager.
they sold me the mazda3 that i wanted $650 below invoce (i was happy with $250). they also gave me discounts on lo jack and extended warranty.
