Thank you Bob King Kia! I absolutely despised shopping for cars. At least I did before I worked with the professionals at Bob King Kia. I had to buy a car in a hurry and the sales staff at Bob King Kia listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and found it quickly. They were professional at all times and extremely friendly. The financing and paperwork were taken care of in a timely manner. The safety features of the Optimas are unbelievable; so was the price! Could not have asked for a better experience! I will be back in the next couple of months to purchase a vehicle for my son.
I brought my 2008 Kia Spectra 5 into Bob King Kia for a warranty repair. This was my first experience with bringing a vehicle into a dealership for repairs. The representatives of Bob King Kia’s service department made this experience very easy! The service advisor was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process. The waiting area was spacious and had a cafe’ table where I could easily plug in my laptop and work on a project while I waited. I would like to thank everyone at Bob King Kia for your help and I will definitely recommend Bob King Kia to my friends at UNCG!
I think my Sportage is one of the best buys I ever made the for not only the value but service….The people there are cool…full of infomation…Know what their talking about..Keep it up ’cause I’m gonna keep coming back….also my Kia loves the Beach.and gives me a comfortable and safe trip getting there….:cool:
I was so surprised when I read the negative review on the Bob King Kia website! My experience was quite the contrary. I was treated with respect. They were very considerate of my time. I purchased a used 2008 Hyundai Labor Day 2009. I am happy with my vehicle and have taken it in for an oil change since and have no complaints with that appointment either!:D
DONT BUY A KIA… DON: T BUY FROM BOB KING.
I purchased my 2006 Kia Sportage from KK at Bob King KIA about 5 months ago. When I purchased the car it shimmied in the front, I took it back to have it repaired. They said there was nothing wrong with it. I took it back again and ask that they check the alignment, they said there was nothing wrong.It was hard to crank I had to turn it over 2-3 times. In July its started to sputter and just turn off. I took it back they exchanged the fuel pump. I again asked about the alignment, they said there was nothing wrong with it. I took it back again because it still sputterd they replaced the thurmal body and this time they did do an alignment and wheel balance.
On my way home the car shook so bad it vibrated something loose in the dash.
I took it back, this time they “pressure ballenced” my tires and one is out of round and I get to guess which one that is.
The attitued of the staff has been one of I DONT CARE and SO WHAT.
