Tony Hernandez is an excellent salesperson. I purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Spark from Tony on August 30, 2016. I would highly recommend Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn, IL and Tony the salesman. I love my 2017 Chevy Spark. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend Webb Chevy and the sales person Tony.
PLEASE watch your paperwork carefully! They tell you a price and an interest rate, have you sign the forms while telling you the amount you will owe, the amounts financed, the interest rate – and THEN they put the forms through the printer! The printed version THAT YOU ALREADY SIGNED has a different interest rate, different length financed and different terms. Good luck getting that proved after you walk out though. I noticed it after the fact and can do nothing about it now. They did this to my neighbor, my Mother and to two other people I have talked to since I discovered this. GM cannot help you. Webb Chevy will rip you off and lie to you the whole way!
Why wound you fire a guy for a tie ? His grandmother past away and he was wearing the tie in her memory . I just moved to the oaklawn area and by a fleet of chevy trucks all the time . I clearly will never buy a vehicle from a place with these kind of morals . , I will pay each of my employees 500 extra Dollars to not to buy a new or preowned chevy from you . What has America come too ? A tie . my god . This looks to me as more of a racial issue ,more than anything . To the General Manager , slavery has been over a long time ago , and you should have not talk with him that way .
While vacationing in Florida I called Webb Chevy and was extremely pleased with their quick and extremely pleasant responses. After several conversations I ordered the car and they said when I return to Chicago in 6 weeks the car should be there as I ordered it. They were correct and when I picked up the car they were very informative about all their polocies and service. The owner, a lovely women, Jackie Webb made this purchase very pleasant. I will continue to recommend them to anyone.

THIS PLACE SUCKS, STAY AWAY. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I first started dealing with them through e-mail and they said they had a truck for me. I went in and talked with them everything seemed OK.
The next day I called and the price of the truck went up $1,200…. Also I had to trade in my truck WITH the plow or no deal, they said they did not need the plow the day before.
Argued back and forth for a few days and came to an agreement “NO MORE CHANGES I PROMISE” said the e-mail I still have saved.
Not so….. I walked in the next day to leave a deposit and the greasy sales guys went to work. All of a sudden my truck had $6k worth or “work needed”. The price of the new truck went up $8k. OK so my truck is worth $6k less but the price went up $8k, greasy guy 1 and 2 just mumble and stumbled on how $6k of work equals $8k increase.
Then the sales manager starts arguing with me. Mading up stories about how my truck has this leak and that leak. I take care of my own truck so I know he was talking BS. My favorite part is when he said “you think this is a waste of your time, this was a waste of our time”. For the 2 hours I was in the show room I was THE ONLY PERSON IN THE SHOW ROOM…. The sale people just stood in a circle giggling.
All true and I DID buy a new truck 2 weeks later. I highly recommend the Chevy guys down in Joliet, IL. I got a BETTER truck, one model up, and a BETTER trade in value. Oh yeah NO BS they took my truck, checked it out, and came back with all is OK and made me an offer that was better then all my other shopping (total of 5 dealers so I was very educated on what was worth what).
Don’t waste a minute looking at this dealer, they are horrible and then will argue with you. They wasted a week of my time.
Lastly the sales people seem to know nothing about the cars and trucks they sell, I was surprised they knew how to open the door. I kept correcting the sale’s guy because I had read up on the truck before I got there.
