My Walker Volkswagen reviewI’ve owned 6 VW’s and the service at Walker is pathetic. The service manager doesn’t return phone calls, having an appt means absolutely nothing. Recently had my car repaired and the check engine light came back on before I got the car home only 4 miles away. They are not willing to give a loaner car while having my car for 5 business days/7 days total. The car wasn’t washed or vacuumed as advertised in service material. This experience has been so bad that I will no longer purchase volkswagons in the future.
