My Walker Chevrolet reviewMy home is St Louis, MO. My family and I trailered our motorcycles to Nashville for a 5 day trip on the Natchez Trace. I left my GMC at a hotel in Franklin, TN for the duration of our trip. My daughter and her husband had to return to Nashville one day early due to work commitments. They planned to use the GMC for a quick run to the airport. THE CAR WOULD NOT START. Would not even crank — even though it had good lights.
Whille still on my motorcycle trip 200 miles away, I called Walker Chevrolet and spoke with their Service Dept. Mr. Delbert Walker, Service Advisor, took my problem on board, arranged towing service and had the car repaired (needed new starter) by the time I arrived back into Nashville later that day.
Because of Walker Chevrolet’s responsiveness, I was able to return home the following day as I had originally planned.
You can’t beat this kind of service — and it was for an out-of-towner !!!

My Walker Chevrolet reviewI have had nothing but exceptional service from Walker Chevrolet in Franklin. I have taken my car to the Service Department twice, and both times I was pleased with the service and the work.
They even put of with my endless suggestions, my self-diagnosis and the notes I’d bring for the service crew to examine before leaving them with my car. (Sorry about that guy’s.) Thankfully, they have accepted my input and in each case my diagnosis has been accurate; therefore, the service team at Walker Cheverolet treats women with respect. This scores HUGE points with me. Chicks dig cars too ya know!
