Well, I have always hated shopping for a new vehicle, especially from a dealer; however, all I can say is that this is the very first time I was really satisfied with my purchase, as far as the kind of treatment I got from the sales dept. And, I never felt I was being taken advantage of in any sense. Let me put this way, I flew all the way from Miami, FL to buy my new truck from these guys. I first contacted Donnie M. (with internet sales) since I like to do my shopping online, and she was great from the get-go. However, Donnie’s usually so busy with the used cars dept. that she had Larry F. (with new vehicles sales) take care of me. Needless to say, both were very nice and professional and went the extra mile to provide an excellent service. Larry even picked me up at ATL airport. I loved their “Southern” accent and hospitality. But, what I liked and appreciated the most was the fact that neither Donnie nor Larry never, and mean never, pushed me to buy my truck right away or tried to offer me something else. I knew what I wanted and they understood and respected that. And although that’s how it should always be, this is very rare to find in any salesperson. Fact is, every employee at met at Wade Ford was super friendly and willing to help and tried to make you feel at ease. BTW, they have the most beautiful blondie for a cahsier. ‘Nuff said!
