I called and spoke with Scott Traylor about a 2017 xc90 t6r. He quickly pointed me towards a 2016 that he said was brand new as well, and had all of the same options except for the air suspension. I did a little research and decided that a $6,750 savings as well as a better interest rate would be the way to go. I had everything ready and even called before I left to make sure that I wouldn’t have any issues when I arrived, it was a 6 hour drive. To my surprise they kept pointing me towards the newer car when I arrived, and I understood when they finally showed me the 2016. It had dings all over it from a hail storm. They then proceeded to waste 3 hours of my time, while they “made it worth my while”. This never happened and I received a great apology and an offer to pay for my gas. This should absolutely never happen, and I can only imagine that because it wasn’t their time, it just made sense to give it a shot and waste mine. This dealership is low end and not very nice. I reccommend going across town to Park Place and buying a car, thats what I did!
Horrible experience. They tried to change the price on me after my wife and I took a day off of work. The pre -owned sales manager made this decision; not the salesman. therefore the management is unethical. I am very frustrated by this experience.:confused:
