John was awsome with only 3 weeks of car sales under his belt.. I would buy from him no matter where he was..
I also would like to thank Sam for his truthfulness on the customer service end of things.. however!!!!
when it was found that the service department scratched the dash when detailing it, i was told by Gary in service that the plastic piece would not be replaced by the dealer and he would be happy to give me a lost of places i could go for an “after market” piece to replace it. This was 1 day after the deal was written and with 2008 only having 87 miles on it..
Then after having to fight to get it (it’s a snap in snap out piece) i was told that it could be up to 3 weeks before i could get it in to replace the item!!
I called and left a message with the GM and todate 04=01=08 no return call has been made.. Also today i went in and picked up the plates for the truck… The young cashier wrote down a mispelled last name spun the clipboard and said sign here.. When i went to correct the spelling on the sheet, the cashier said no!!! sign here, you would think after spending $30K they would or could at least spell my name correctly..
Stay away from here!!!
