My Vancouver Toyota reviewWhile only planning for a basic (albeit synthetic) oil change at Vancouver Toyota on my newer Camry, I half expected them to come back to me with a half-dozen or more recommended services to put more $$ in their service team’s pockets. I was pleasantly surprised that they not only estimated the time in the waiting room to within 2 minutes, they thoroughly explained the basic services and all things checked-off the comprehensive list, and didn’t ask for another penny. They were pleasant and professional. This was my 2nd visit to Vanc. Toyota, and rest assured I’ll be back and telling my friends to trust the great team at this fine shop.

My Vancouver Toyota reviewI had some extended warranty work done on my 2008 Tacoma. I was very impressed that Toyota would take care of a problem on a 7 year old pick-up with 151k miles on it. At the same time they took care of checking for and repairing 3 recalls on the vehicle, recommended replacing the tires (which they did at a reasonable price) and did an oil & filter change. The work was complete in one day. Excellent job!

My Vancouver Toyota reviewThis is a very comfortable and enjoyable place to hang out waiting for the 5,000 mile checkup which doesn’t take very long. I use to drop off my car and get a ride home but by the time I got home they would call me and tell me they were finished! Now I just hang out. They have free coffee, T.V. and a quick charge station for various electronic devices plus very comfortable lounge chairs. I really like it there!

We actually arrived about 10 minutes before they officially opened. They invited us into lounge to wait. Most like their willingness to accommodate our needs.

I recently went in to get my car serviced. I didn’t wait longer than 10min they are really fast with helping and getting work done. I was assisted by Jaime. G. and I couldn’t be more thankful, he was very helpful and understanding. He gave options and great advice on certain plans I could take. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs car service or wanting to buy a new car.
The service agent Jaime was very professional, friendly, and polite and quickly checked me in and arranged for a shuttle ride home. The work on the car was performed precisely within the time frame given at check-in and they called to let us know so we could arrange to pick it up later. Great service!!
Great place to get your car worked on.
Bought the Corolla 5% under my target. The trade in was less than I could have got if I sold the car myself, but who needs the hassle. Drove a beater car in and came out with a simile and no second thoughts. Thank You.
