Salesperson was not aware of prices and cars they have. They had listed the car on website and no car at the dealership. Both the salesperson and the sales manager named Robert were lying. And Robert was really rude and tried to sell his story and was pushing us the rental vehicle. We dont recommend this dealer to anyone. THis is the worst dealership in DFW.
bait and switch scam! in http://cars.com advertised a 2011 versa for $11950. contacted by Maria Martinez and confirm the availability. call before i drove to dealership with Maria and was told it is available. got to dealership maria is nowhere to be found and a sales person don’t know about the car we were talking. manager came and say car was sold .. and we just call 30 minutes ago and ocnfirm the availiability. wanted to sell me somthing older and more expensive and also some cock and bull story about All Nissan dealers are doing this program car, and if we want have to add $1300 and $3250 for some repairs and stuff like that! Obviiously we walk out of the dealership! luckiliy we expected this and just wanted to see this with our own eyes! Man! I still can;t beleif people can lie in this manner, I hope they sleep well,

Everyone was really nice. I felt like we could ask questions and answers right away. I would definitely go back to Trophy Nissan when I need to buy a new car or want to upgrade.
I was very please in dealing with Kevin and the manager. I really don’t remember their names or last name, but I felt that Kevin was very honest. Which was a very good feeling. I would recommend this dealer ship to others. When I first started looking for a car, I looked an the internet. I really liked Trophy’s selection so I decided to go into the dealership and just look. I was not going to buy. But then I was given a deal that I could not say no to. The staff there took care of me and answered all of my questions with a smile on their face. I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased, the dealership experience and everything in between.
Oscar made an impression. He did an excellent job in reassuring my financing my new car with y’all. I hope he is always there b/c I would only want to deal with him. He was so professional and personable and I really appreciated the fact that I could get everything figured out before I even came in and he had as much ready as he could for me and I was really impressed! He was excellent!
The day I went in to purchase my lease car, all of your employees were so helpful. One of your salesman asked if I needed anything, and he was just a salesman that saw that I was waiting to meet with the finance person, and he was making me coffee and making sure I was ok. I wish I knew his name, because he was so sweet. Everyone in that dealership was so attentive to me. I will definitely recommend your dealership to everyone I know.
My experience was wonderful dealing with Gerald Willson and B J. Since I live south of the Houston area, I chose not to meet with service personnel; obviously, I will not be able to use Trophy Nissan for my service. This is why I checked this as “no.” I asked Gerald for several of his cards as I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends who are interested in a Nissan. If I decide to look for another Nissan in the future, I will surely give you all an opportunity. Everyone I met was wonderful and cared about my needs. Thank you for a great experience. I love my 40th Anniversary Z!!
Kevin made my first car buying experience blissful. He showed my family how hard her would continuously work for us. Not only that, but ever after I had left he continued to work hard for me. I truly enjoyed buying my first car from him. He was wonderful! He sold me a 2011 Nissan versa and I loved how flexible he was on the price. He set me up with my first service appointment, and walked me through the paperwork process. The negotiation process was painless and I felt as if he really listened to me. I had an overall excellent experience. I would refer customers to come in and buy a car from the fantastic team at Trophy Nissan.
My name is Ken Bender and I will put my name on the line to recommend Trophy Nissan! I bought a new vehicle from Gerald Wilson and I am a satisfied customer. I was searching for a new car and he suggested I take a drive in the 2011 Nissan Maxima. I was blown away! The financing process was fairly painless and the service team treated me wonderful. The negotiation process was comfortable, straight forward and easy to understand. They did a great job answering any questions that I had. Overall I would say I had an excellent car buying experience at Trophy Nissan.
I would like to let you know that Mac B, Lee H, and Maria Cat at Trophy Nissan Mesquite used cars are the best people I have ever dealt with while buying a car. These three wonderful employees never had a doubt in there mind that they would not secure the deal. They were the most helpful, kind, and respectful employees I have ever met. They made me feel like I was family. Thanks for your help, yall are the best, I will NEVER shop anywhere else.
Aspect I like most about Trophy Nissan is that they have large selection of cars. I’ve test-driven a few of them but I like the Nissan Cube. Feels like I’m driving a box around town lol and I love it! My friends were able to spot me on the road instantly just from seeing my Nissan Cube haha. Thanks Trophy Nissan for meeting my high demand for this purchase!
Went over to Trophy Nissan and bought the 2010 Nissan Altima. Overall an nice experience. Friendly, clean, and not as deceitful as most dealership. I would give it a 4 stars since they got me a good deal on my purchase. Thank you
Let me start out by saying I have bought several cars from Trophy Nissan. They have always had good prices and the sales staff is amazing. Mike went above the call of duty on our last purchase and we were surprised that he gave us an even better deal this time around. I will forever go back to Trophy Nissan because the are the best around! 😀
We had a wonderful experience with Trophy Nissan! Justin knew exactly which car was right for us. He sat us down and listened while we explained what we were looking and in what price range to keep us in. He then escorted us out to the lot where he showed us 4 different cars and we test drove every one of them. We decided on the Nissan Cube. It is a very different and modern looking car inside and out and it drove very smooth not like a normal SUV. All of the staff were extremely helpful, thank you.
From the moment I drove into the parking lot and met my salesman Kevin Teeter, I knew that I was going to have a positive first car buying experience. He was very flexible and accommodating and I felt like I was being treated with respect and honesty. I test drove two cars and fell in love with the vehicle and all that it had to offer. I am happy to be apart of the Trophy Nissan Family. This was the perfect choice to make!
I recently took my 2006 Nissan Titan to Trophy Nissan’s service department for some in warranty work. I have a little over 70,000 miles on my truck and this was the first time I have had to take it in for anything!
I just want to say that my service advisor, Darren Poston, did an excellent job working with me and my timeline to get the service I needed. Also, Mel Gonzalez was a pleasure to speak with when applying Zaktek process. It is nice to have these two men to deal with. Also I felt all of my concerns were resolved, I was overall satisfied with my experience and will return to Trophy Nissan for future service needs and recommend my friends and family!
We have been looking to buy a car for awhile. It is a process. I was referred through my brother girlfriend who owns a Sentra, had no problems to this day, she has had the car for 3 years. Trophy Nissan, through my research, has good quality, safety minded, performance, endurable, consumer affordable vehicles. Our salesman was persistent, worked hard to get my payments were I could afford them along with finance who had my best interest in mind as to additional Gap Insurance at a cheaper rate so that I could keep my vehicles protected. It was nice to work with someone that I really felt took my needs personal and made it priority to sell me a car. My experience was a long day, but we finally got my financing to an negotiated price that worked for my budget.
I would like thank Abel Hamdan for Driving to Austin Texas to drive my vehicle back to Dallas Texas. I explained how I was treated at the used sales lot and Abel went further than any salesman. He stuck around to make sure I took delivery of the vehicle. I have never heard of any salesman willing to drive 4 to 5 hours to satisfy a customer. #1 for service #1 for customer Service. Thanks Trophy and Abel!
I had recently became really interested in the Nissan Altima sedan and had been to several Nissan dealerships before landing at Trophy. They had a huge selection for me to choose from and they even had the metallic maroon color that I had my heart set on. The sales staff was great, I believe the young man I dealt with was Isaac, and their showroom was beautiful. I will be shopping for a car for my son in a few months and will definitely start with Trophy!
Ok, so I had a good experience here and I am very happy. The key to me was that I had a bunch of stuff added to my car, and they made sure it all got on there WHEN they said it would get on there! I did not have to go back 1800 times like I did the last time I bought a car at another dealer across the street!
Also, the guy I worked with was really knowledgeable and he really helped alot. Yes he was a sales guy and sorta pushed a little bit, but he was honest to a fault and very fun to hang out with! I got a good deal and I just cant say there is much more I could have asked for. Trophy Nissan rocks!
WE had a great experience this morning over at Trophy Nissan. So much so that we wanted to tell a few people about it.
My wife has been driving a minivan for years and it had just got to the point that it was no longer reliable nor did it meet her needs for what she has to haul around with three kids and for her work as a Real Estate agent. So we decided on a full size SUV and looked at the Yukon and the Expedition. They were both very good, but our friends from church have a Nissan Armada, so we decided to go to Trophy and take a look this morning. Well look we did! And not only did we look, they offered us almost silly high money for our van and gave us a huge discount on the Armada. SOLD!
They key to all of this is that they were very informative and treated us like human beings with a modicum of intelligence to boot. Everything went well and we were out of there in just under an hour and a half. Whats not to like? This was probably the best experience in a car dealership that I’ve ever had!:)
They advertised a new versa for $9095 + TT&L. Their best offer to me was $12025 +TT&L. Thats not even close! They do fake dealer ad ons and even put TWO destination charges on the price. When I tried to take a copy with me for proof of their tactics, the salesman ripped the offer out of my hands and would not give me a copy.
I have filed with the BBB and texas attorney general because they are clearly in violation of truth in advertising laws in texas.
Do not believe what they say in their ads, on the phone ,or while youre there. Just stay away!
My wife and I have been here a few times but we come to service department all the time. Brad and Josh are great and the techs are always giving us great tips. They service my truck and her car in a timely manner everytime and keep us happy
Huge selection at this dealership, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this much variety and quality to choose from. I went in to Trophy Nissan on Thursday morning and talked to Mike P, he kept me entertain and always had the ball rollin I appreciate never having to sit there unattended and not knowing whats going on. When Jeff the manger talked to me everything was pretty much done he went over the contract with me and answered every question I had so I’m more than happy about the whole process and service that was delivered to me:)
I really appreciate this dealership for taking the time to really help me and wife and listening to what we wanted.
We are happy campers, and no complaints. Everyone over there has so much energy and friendly to the fullest. We’re loving our new Nissan Quest
Great dealerhip. Honest and fun salespeople with professionalism. I got more than I wanted and it was easy.
I was taken care of by the sales manager, and my new 2010 Armada is the nicest most comfortable vehicle i’ve ever owned.
Highly recommended. I got more than I wanted didnt think I was able to afford
the Armada but they cut me a deal I couldnt say NO to but i’m glad I didnt.
I just purchased a Nissan Altima at Trophy Nissan and had a great experience. I was worried about a high pressure situation, but found there was a more relaxed attitude here…not pushy at all. When I went to their lot at Trophy Nissan, they had quite a few Altimas to choose from, so I could compare and get the features that I really wanted. They had the car I wanted right there on the lot. They set me up with a test drive and that was all it took. I fell in love with the car so I bought it! My sales guy, Mark, was very helpful in getting me the information I needed on the car and the financing so I did not have to wait long at all. I was so excited about the whole experience that I just had to tell people about it!
I heard about Trophy Nissan through my son’s school. My son’s teacher Mrs. Buchanan bought a vehicle from trophy and said she was having a really hard time getting financed into a dependable car so I chose to go and check itout… trophy Nissan did it up! Luke was so much fun and she was right they do take care of you and treat you like a person. They even helped me drive my other car to my house without asking. I loved the attention they gave me and sold me a great nice car that I aint ashamed of. Got me a 2008 nissan altima now I feel like I can have a new start after having to drive an old car with no A/C for so long. I will make sure I send people your way. No Doubt!:D
I just bought my first car today!got me a 2009 HHR black with low milesJ And I wanted to make sure I show my gratitude to the trophy Nissan team, my mom has been buying her cars here since I can remember and now that I was ready to get mine they helped me right away. I was expecting to deal with salesperson who only wants to sell, sell, sell, but everyone there was actually super super cool and helpful. Im so excited about my first car buying experience I couldn’t have dealt with a better team. I would also like to add that Michael was very professional and exactly how to answer every single question I had. Even though my mom was with me, I felt like I went through this process entirely on my own and I couldnt be happier. My first car buying experience was great.
Our experience at Trophy Nissan was nothing short of wonderful. My wife and I went a couple of times because we couldn’t decide what vehicle to buy but every single time we come we are treated very well and acknowledged immediately. The staff here is very courteous, friendly and helpful. Tony has helped us tremendously with knowing every little inch of the vehicles we were interested in. We couldn’t decide between the 2010 Murano and the 2010 Pathfinder, we chose the Murano and couldn’t be happier. Tony we are highly appreciative of your hard work, knowledge, and customer service
DECEITFUL, DISHONEST, MENDACIOUS, MISLEADING, AMBIGUOUS. These words precisely describe the sales people and Trophy Nissan.
I called the dealership inquiring about an ad of theirs on Cars.com. The price on Cars.com was $16,932.00 for a Nissan Altima 2.5. I asked the car salesman, Tinker Stewart, if there were any additions to this number and he listed the TT&L and a destination charge, which came up to $19,999.00. I called Tinker 3 separate time and confirmed the price with him. I asked him to ensure he had the car on the lot, which he confirmed and asked him to confirm there aren’t going to be any surprises when I get there.
We took the time to drive down from Bonham, TX only to find out that Tinker Stewart turned out to be a DECEITFUL, DISHONEST, MENDACIOUS, MISLEADING, AMBIGUOUS car salesman. He tried to sell us a model that was $4,000.00 more than what he had quoted us. When we said, no we would like to purchase the car we discussed; he said the price including “everything” is $21,629.00. I asked him to break it down, he said this included “Dealer Add on’s”. I asked what they were; he was unable to explain what they were, why the extra $1,630.00 and why he did not mention this on the three occasions I had confirmed the price with him.
I asked to speak to a manager. “Bruce” trots along; I should have known they are all peas of a pod. He frigidly refused to work with us. Claiming Tinker acted by himself without consulting management and hence it wasn’t managements problem if he misquoted and mislead us. I promptly walked out of the dealership, swearing never to return.
I did purchase a Nissan Altima from the friendly staff at the Nissan dealership in Richardson who gave me the higher model with a few more bells and whistles for $21,000.00.
That doesn’t surprise me, if you look at the first post on this thread, it was done by Tinker Stewart himself, with his alias of Phantom Texan
I had a very pleasant experience when I purchased my Altima from trophy Nissan. I was still undecided at whether I wanted a sedan or an SUV and Terry Welch was very patient and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured at all like I have at many dealerships and when I was ready to buy I feel I got a fair deal.
My new car got door dinged after only three days, I went in to talk to the service manager about getting it touched up and they fixed it for me on the spot at no cost.
I was very happy with my entire experience at Trophy Nissan and would definitely recommend them.
The sales associate I dealt with was on top of his game. Mr. Regan was very knowledgeable about every aspect of every car we looked at. He was very patient and helpful from showing the cars to doing the paperwork. I’ve had my truck for about 18 months now and my car for 6 months and he has called multiple times to make sure everything is satisfactory and to check on any service needs. With that said my last purchase was a 2009 Nissan Altima and its been a fantastic car with good gas mileage. If you’re looking to purchase new vehicles call J.W. Regan with Trophy Nissan of Mesquite. It will be a great experience.
Satisfied Customer,

I purchased my first car Saturday, and I am so excited, and unhappy too.
I graduated last week, and with my dad in tow and a wealth of information set off expecting to visit several Nissan dealerships in search of the best deal on a new ROGUE. Yes, I had done my research and fully expected to haggle about the price on my new Rogue.
First stop was Trophy Nissan in Mesquite, We were meet on the parking lot and ushered inside. After explaining what I was looking for, the salesman, Tinker Stewart, pulled up a Rogue that exactly matched what i was looking for. He offered to take us on a test drive and the Rogue was everything that I had read about, and more. As a 1st grade teacher, I needed the extra room to move things from home to the school.
The best part of the visit, other than taking my new car home, was that Tinker explained some additional options to me that I was not aware of, like the College Graduate Program.
After hearing stories of how difficult it is to buy a new car, how dishonest sales people are. Guess what, I found the dealership and the sales person you should be talking to. Tinker was knowledgeable of the car and optional programs that were available to a car buyer.
I love my new car, and Tinker has a customer for life.

I am rewriting my review due to issues with verification on my first. I want everyone to know how my experience went with Trophy Nissan. This place is very busy but my advisor Cory explained the wait process to me and I decided to go ahead give him a try. To my surprise they were finished earlier than promised. You are usually lied to and then have no choice because your car is already there. These guys work hard to keep your business and I intend to give it to them for years to come. Great Job Cory!!!!!!!!!
We trade cars about once a year and have met many car salesmen. The staff at Trophy Nissan were all fantastic! A very fair and straight forward deal, and we did it all thru e-mail and phone. They offered a late model Altima with all the bells and whistles and we offered a late model car of different brand (in very good condition). We drove 120 miles to complete the deal and, after inspecting our car, their offer was exactly the same as in the e-mails…to the penny. No bait and switch. No add-on fees for processing. No long waits for a low-ball trade-in offer. Just a bunch of gentlemen, conducting a business deal, with respect for the customer. A breath of fresh air, and a far cry from the sleazeballs around the DFW area. We dealt with five individuals at Trophy Nissan and thought each was a pleasure to work with.
I have to tell you that this dealership is not like the rest of those other dealers out there. These guys go out of their way to make you feel at ease when you buy a car. They really CARE about their customers and it shows. They went above and beyond my expectations. I have sent at least 5 co workers and all my neighbors now are driving Nissan’s because of Trophy Nissan of Mesquite. They bend over backwards to make the customer happy. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new OR a used car to go see Duke.
Really enjoyed my most recent car buying experience. The people at Trophy were attentive to my needs. I workrd with Tinker Stewart. If you are in the market for a new car, FIND HIM!. He sat down with me and we talked about my needs and the type of car that I was interested in. A dealership and sales person that listens to their customer!
Mark Miller and the management staff at Trophy Nissan were excellent!!!! I highly recommend them. They gave me a no-haggle price right up front. I got prices from other dealerships and they didn’t even honor them when I arrived. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend them to anyone!!! 10 stars out of 5!
At last, I have found the perfect car buying expierience. when you think it is impossible to actually enjoy buying a vehicle, Trophy Nissan Internet Dept in Mesquite proves that purchasing a new vehicle doesn’t have to be a head banging experience. I inquired about a new Nissan Altima and was contacted within minutes of my request by the internet the director Richard and then by the salesman that actually sold me the car. I told Gerald what i was trying to accomplish and he actually listened to what i was saying and found the car that I was looking for. It didn’t end there, he then proceeded to give me all the information on that particular vehicle as well as assisting me with some different financing options. The perfect car buying experience, finally, and one that I would recommend to everyone. Thank You, Trophy Nissan for everything and I will pass the word around to all my friends and family looking for new vehicle.
Sincerely, Shirley Ross
Had an overall great experience at Trophy Nissan in Mesquite. Buying my new Nissan was quick and had minimal haggling involved, and since then I have gotten amazing service from the service department which is also on site. Alot of car dealers get a bad-rap, and the reason why is because they are concerned about profit first and the customer second. I think based on my experience there, Trophy Nissan understands that without the customer, there is no profit to be made! If you are looking for a non typical experience buying a new car, check out Trophy Nissan in mesquite, you will be happy you did! Tell them that Jared sent you!
i went to trophy to get my check engine light reapired. he gave me the exact price and time it would be done. wish everyone could be this professional.:):)
In all of the years I have been driving Nissans, I have never witnessed an operation quite like Trophy Nissan. A very busy place that makes you feel like they actually want and even expect to see you again. My advisor Cory is the reason I intend to rely on them from now on to take care of my car.
I recently went to Trophy to buy another vehicle after I was involved in a total loss as a result of an ice storm. I did not qualify for a loan through trophy so the sales person Alex Pezeshki begins to try and talk me into getting a family member to co-sign the loan. I informed him that I was unable to unless I asked first. He disregarded this statement because he began to run my mothers credit. My mother had more than 15 inquiries on her credit because of Trophy Nissan and the actions of Alex Pezeshki. I immediately contacted Trophy Nissan and told them about this and no one seemed to care. They actually tried to talk me into still doing business with them, it was almost comedic. My mother currently has a pending case with the Attorney Generals office regarding this matter. Trophy has never apologized or shown any accountabilities for their actions. They initially refused to give me back the money I had put down for the vehicle and I had to contact an attorney just to get that back. When I went in to pick it up my check after an entire month they were very rude and acted like they could care less. The Sales people had prison tattoos and looked like it was their first job out. On one occasion when I called to speak with a manager, they refused to put the manager on the phone and Alex Pezeshki(Sales Person) begins to act like he’s the manager claiming to be Jerry Smith. Everyone in my office was laughing hystarically. So I go up to the dealership and I speak with Jerry and asked him if he was the person I spoke with the day before and he says “no,” I tell him what happened and then he says I’m sorry I will take care of it and begins to act like he is calling Alex and telling him off. Please realize, all of this happened to me, and all I was trying to do was give this dealership an opporutnity to earn my business. WARNING!!!! They will run credit without authorization. This does affect your credit score, they did this to my family and we still don’t know how they obtained their personal information.
The finance practices of this place may not be illegal, but are certainly unethical. I do not know enough about the law to say they are illegal. Perhaps there is a lawyer out there who might look into it. It’s too late for me, but maybe another naive person can be spared. The sales practices there are disgusting. I have since done my research, and learned that Trophy Nissan’s practices are very deceptive. There is a sign in their sales office that says “Make it happen”. In small print it may even say above the sign “Lie, cheat, deceive, make empty promises…whatever it takes…”
They do not care about their customer. They care about their numbers. The blame is mine. I should have walked away. I should have never purchased a vehicle from them. In the finance department I had an uneasy feeling. I sensed that something wasn’t right, and I was somehow being duped. I wish I had done my research before I went to their dealership.
Just a warning. Save yourself some hassle, and find a dealership with some morals. Or at least be armed with information before you ever walk into that dealership. Read some of the reviews at yahoo before you consider purchasing from Trophy Nissan. I have read many reviews of this place after I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from them, and only one of those reviews had anything positive to say about this business.
At first I thought everything was going to be great. I initially contacted Trophy Nissan internet sales guy Joe Auerbach to affirm, confirm and reaffirm the price and the description(white w/ blonde lthr int.) of the 2008 Altima that they had in inventory. Since I lived 200 miles from the dealership it was crirical that I we did not have no misunderstandings.
When my wife arrived in Dallas she asked to see the car and, you guessed it!, it was different than my agreement with Trophy Nissan. Trophy Nissan’s excuse was that the paperwork for the car was as the salesguy described but the car was different (white w/charcoal lthr int.). Yet nobody made an attempt to show my wife the “alledged” incorrect paperwork.
How Trophy Nissan handled this “alledge” error is admirable, if you are a stochholder getting paid dividends. The only 2008 Altima they had available with white & blonde lthr had more options and cost me $3000.00 more than the car I had initially decided to buy. Tropht Nissan may see it that they “came off the sticker”, but the reality is I was BAITED to Trophy Nissan on a promise that a vehicle was waiting at an agreed upon price and SWITCHED when it was ready to write the check
