Dishonest. Sells accident damaged used vehicles and once they have your money and you confront them with proof you are told too bad go away. Trying to prove fraud. This will go to court to expose their misleading and dishonest sales practices. WARNING stay far away from this dealership it is only a matter of time before they are caught.
In Jan 2010, I bought a loaded Toyota Versa using the $1,000 Toyota refund for buying a new 2009. My salesman was Bryan in Tacoma. He is a gem, but the entire staff made asupreme effort to ensure that I had the right vehicle and was happy with my purchase and shopping experience. I have to admit, I gave them all a heck of a workout. After 3 days, I had a beautiful car, at a great price, with the right options, and excellent financing. These poor guys were so patient. I couldn’t make up my mind, then I changed it… then I changed it again… and again, and again. I called my salesman at home on his day off, after hours, AT NIGHT! I actually asked them to redo my signed contract the next day (and they did)! I probably have the record for being the most difficult customer with regard to indecision and blank contract forms used. I sincerely recommend this dealership to those of you who know what you want and especially to anyone like me, with no clue – and obviously some kind of commitment disorder.
I brought my car in to get serviced because it was still under warranty (less than 19000 miles). I was told by the service dept. that they would have a part shipped within 1-2 days overnight in order to fix my vehicle, it has been almost 2 weeks . . . and counting! Each time i have called, they tell me they are still ordering the part. I have lived in many remote places such as American Samoa (a small island, THOUSANDS of miles in the middle of the Pacific) and have ordered a car part for a 2006 SUV, it arrived within 4 days! I live in the mainland and it takes almost 2 weeks – and counting, to get a part delivered. I am currently seeking advise, comments, reviews and legal approaches to this case through the Better Buisness Bureau, consumer reports and Ford Headquarters.
My service experiences at Titus-Will Ford have all been unbelievably smooth. Friendly, honest people and you get your car back washed and vacuumed too! I wouldn’t trust the maintenance or repair of my vehicle to any other shop. The sales experience (I have purchased new and used vehicles from them) is 2nd to none as well. All around a great dealership.
