Outstanding in all respects. Dave is the best vehicle sales representative I have encountered.
I leased a 2015 Jeep GC on the spot and will do business with Faricy Bros. again.
Overall grade: A+
Totally ignored me . They also insulted me on the value of my trade in. I would never recommend this dealership to any one.
Robert,
I’m really sorry for the experience you had. I believe I tried to reach you shortly after hearing about your frustrating experience, but did not hear back. If you are still in the market for a vehicle, or if there is anything I can do to make things right, please give me a call on my direct line at 719-867-8628. Regards, Ben Faricy, The Faricy Boys
I brought a Jeep Liberty in to check why is was hesitating. After 2hrs they finally told me what was wrong and then charged me $128 for DIAGNOSTICS!!!!! Who charges that much just to tell me whats wrong. They then tell me it will be $400 to actually fix the problem. Will definently never go there again.
Would like to start by saying that our sales person was Fab! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful….she was the only reason we purchased from them….this is the 4th car purchase I have ever made and the most bland by far. No drinks to offer….a lot of waiting by yourself…put on hold for extended times while they help other people and continually answer and talk on the phone. Thy need to replace the older lady at the front desk…she acts miserable and like she hates her job….she is also totally unwilling to be personable even when you ask her a simple question.
Craig Berha7ost greeted us with the attitude that our needs and wishes were most important to him. He showed us several cars and encouraged us to drive more than one vehicle. He obtained a prompt estimate for the trade-in of our 2005 Jeep Liberty which we had purchased from Faricy. He went over the Jeep Overland in detail and answered questions about service, replacement items, floor mats, skid plates, etc. It was a pleasant, no pressure experience. We were pleased with his help in making our decisions. This influenced us to purchase the car. It is our 50th weddng anniversary present.

I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate doing business with Faricy Boys. Our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland is beautiful. Craig has the greatest customer service skills. I’m so glad we got to work with him at Faricy Boys.
I am very pleased with my buying experience at The Faricy Boys dealership. Craig Berhost treated me as a VIP throughout the buying process from placing the order to the time the Jeep was delivered. Craig kept me informed of the status of the order on a regular basis. After the sale, Craig continued to stay in touch with to ensure that everything was fine with the Jeep and that I was happy with the purchase. I will definitely recommend Craig to any of my friends.
Stan was a fantastic sales person. Down to earth, very friendly, even remembered my name and said hi to me when I came back in for service after the purchase. Car was in great shape, all promised work was done promptly. Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Entire car buying process was pretty quick. Would have liked a lower price on the vehicle and maybe a soda or complimentary drink other than coffee while we were buying. Service took twice as long as expected but it was a Saturday. Lance was nice, work was done to my satisfaction. Would recommend.
We had been shopping for a SUV for better than a year. When we were finally serious, we decided we wanted a Jeep Commander. The Faricy Boys had just what we wanted and so after seeing the model we wanted online, we went into the dealership and found the vehicle to be what was advertised. Our sales person, Dave Smith, showed us what we wanted to see about the vehicle and we did the details needed to take it home. We got a good trade-in and good financing. Although the price was a bit to the high range, the Commander is too. We’ve had it for a week and it is a gem and worth what we paid. We were probably the dream customer, knowing what we wanted, knowing it was there, and just had to get set to take it home. But, all that went well and I’d buy from The Faricy Boys again.
The people at The Faricy Boys, from Tom Dominguez to Jayson Phelps to Tony in the parts department are what made the process hassle-free, and pleasant. I would recommend The Faricy Boys without hesitation. Thank you so much!! 🙂
Great team of people. Our salesman, Craig, was honest and helpful. We would definitely do business with them again!
It’s hard to believe I had a good expierence buying a car at a dealership. It’s about time.
The only reason I didn’t give all 5’s in my rating was because I did’t think anyone would believe it.
Ron Kanard at the Faircy Boys was like no other car salesman I’ve ever encountered. He went out of his way to make the purchase of my new vehicle easy, no pressure and a complete delight! There was absolutely no pressure to buy the car. He was upfront, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He made us feel important and make the decision to buy from Faircy a no-brainer. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ron to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Thanks to Ron and the Faircy Boys for a job well done!
Dave Smith is an outstanding sales representative! His knowledge and experience combined with a friendly, low pressure sales approach is the reason I purchased my car at Faricy Boys. Of course, the quality car, fair price is what drew me to Faricy Boys. However, working with Dave Smith is the reason I continued to search for a vehicle at Faricy Boys rather than any other dealership within 75-mile radius! Seriously.
My wife and I bought a car of friday the 28th and were vary satisfied with the service, would highly recomend them to everyone thanks again
This TC is our 5th Chrysler vehicles that we have purchased since 1998. 2 Town/Countries, 1 PT Cruiser, 2 Jeeps Purchasing of this 2nd TC was the easiest. I recommend Eric and Faricy Boys to anyone who wants Jeeps or Chrysler vehicles. 🙂
Dave was a great salesperson who worked with us and did not pressure us. He was honest and upfront and worked with us to put us in the car that was affordable and right for us…
when I came in to use my coupon for a free 16 point checkup Michael was out at my car to politely greet me when I first pulled into the express lane. He got all the pertinent info from the vehicle & then walked right in to help me processed quick. I only had to wait 15 minutes & then a nice woman explained step by step their recommendations for me & I felt no pressure to make any expensive decisions. I decided to get the air filter replaced & they took care of it in about 3 more minutes. I would say that the checkup, the filter replacement & the oil change only took about 20 minutes. Hopefully when I come back next time the experience is just as good!
The Fairicy Bros. were friendly and fast when I went in to get my 42,000 mile lube/oil change. They didn’t do anything more than what was necessary, and I was able to get everything done for $52.80. What I liked best was that I didn’t have to schedule an appointment.
It was also useful for me to get a quote on how much I could expect to pay for the 60,000 mile check up/oil change, they had it in a handy brochure.
I have been treated fine with all of my questions about my new car:D
Dave Smith was one of most knowledgeable and honest car salesman I have ever met in 50 years.:)
Bottom Line Up Front: Faricy Boys met my budget and maintenance requirements. Highly recommend you do business with them.
Extended Comments:
My wife owned a Jeep previously and was always happy with the way the dealership service people treated her. I then got on the Internet and studied the cars and verified the prices were fair against other web sites. I called the Faricy Boys Internet sales person (Shannon) and she ran some quotes for me, emailed the results, and let me decide from there. After about a week I stopped by and was greeted by Tom. We test drove a used Jeep Liberty on the test track and my confidence in Jeeps grew. Next I met Steve, in finance, and we decided on a service plan that met my long term needs for servicing, road side assistance, tire and rim repair, etc. Since I’m keeping the vehicle for the long term, and will have Faricy Boys do the maintenance, I opted for their extended coverage.
The result: My Jeep will get me through the worst weather, I received a great interest rate, and the servicing is squared away for years to come. That’s peace of mind in my book.
Chrysler did the right thing and extended the warranty on a faulty window part. Faricy Boys service was excellent. I will use them in the future/
Lance (Service Manager) and Gaston (Technician) are some of the best people that I have ever had to deal with at a dealership.
Lance is very polite, knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure the customer understands everything. He is quick to get you checked in and periodically updates you as to the status of your vehicle. Lance has a passion for Jeeps and took the time to discuss my planned future modifications and offer his insight.
Gaston is just as caring. He came out to notify me that the work was completed and he was just letting the engine run for a bit to make sure everything was buttoned up. Gaston was extremely educated on the specifics of my vehicle and Jeeps in general. It is very comforting to know that the person working on my Jeep was himself a Jeep enthusiast.
I would strongly recommend any Jeep owner go to Faricy to have Lance and Gaston service their vehicle.
When my Jeep Liberty was recalled for a faulty window lift plate, I figured I would spend the greater part of the day, driving the great distance to the dealership, waiting for service, and returning home. I had been to the dealership before, and knew them to be highly professional and competent, so I took a book and a newspaper with me to help pass the time. When I arrived, there were many cars in the service line. Almost instantly,, a service man arrived and directed me to pull forward to the front of the line and start the paperwork inside the building. I thought there would be a line of people inside, but I was greeted immediately, and only waited a minute for my turn. They estimated my repair time at 2.5 hours.
There were many people waiting, but the waiting area had a variety of magazines (some in Spanish!), a snack machine, TV and free coffee. The newest addition is a Customer Computer Lounge! They provided 3 new Dell computers and a printer, on work stations both large and far enough away from each other that you could work privately. I spent my wait time antiquing online and doing email, and my car was ready before I knew it. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes–time which passed quickly due to that computer lounge!
Because I live far from the dealership, a good part of the day was spend there. But, my car was repaired perfectly with a new lift plate, was returned to me clean and ready to go, and the time spent there was productive for me. The whole repair process, from arrival to departure, was efficient, friendly, knowledgable, and accurate. My only problem is that I wish I had bought my Jeep from Faricy Bros. in the first place! I chose another dealer, who is now out of business, and I know why.
Took my Jeep Liberty for a warranty fix on a window. Not only did they fix the problem fast and efficiently but found that I had another window about to have the same problem and fixed that also. The day I went in was very busy however I was greeted extremely friendly, explained many things that they do offer, and was finished alot sooner than I had expected. I would absolutely recommend going to them again.
We had an amazing experience with Faricy Boys and most of all with Dave Smith. Dave and the other employees went out of there way to help my husband and I get the car we wanted at the best possible price with the lowest interest rate. My husband and I had shopped at several other Jeep dealerships and were treated with a great lack in respect. Dave helped us to find the perfect car for us within our budget. He answered all of my questions and was happy to show me all about the car we were considering (something employees at other dealerships seemed to find inconvenient and annoying). As long as we live in Colorado Springs my husband and I will continue to buy our vehicles from Dave Smith and Faricy Boys!!!! We love our new 2011 Jeep Liberty!
This purchase procedure went surprisingly smooth and easy without the usual “ganging up” by the next levels of pressure “managers”. Dealing with the Faricy Boys is definitely not one level below going to the dentist.
Have bought 3 vehicles from Faricy Boys over the past 10 years. Each one of these transactions was exemplary and I highly recommend Faricy Boys for making the car buying and financing experience very easy. In particular, our long time sales person, Jack Reak, made sure that we were taken care.
Lance Slocum is a true professional. Being the Fleet Manager for a major company, I deal with Service Advisors on a daily basis. Lance has it all and can’t be beat! Timely friendly service.
I booked an appointment with a specific problem, back hatch actuator, we had taken the back apart to disengage it so it was still functional while broken. They tried to sell me everything under the sun. I told them my left rear door was sticking, to check it out. They gave me an initial quote of $127, when they came back they had a line list of about 6 items. The problem would cost $276, they had “lubed” the door and charged me $58 for it, without even consulting me. I proceeded to buy the part only. My total bill was $204. When i got home, I tested the sticking door and it was exactly the same, no difference. I called and complained they said they would call me back, never did. I went back into the dealership, was treated VERY rudely, and asked “why I came in in the first place????” Showed them that the door was the same, told them I wanted a refund on the $58, since it was obvious that nothing was done. They refused. Told me it was their analysis fee???? I told them the door was sticking, not vise versa. So….. long story short, my car still in pieces, door still *sticking, part in box = $204. I basically got an overpriced part for my 2 trips there. And to add insult to injury, the JERK service manager called my husband at work and tried to make me look bad the very next day, claiming I was irrational. Hey, I dont know about you but, I kinda like to get something for my money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Thanks for voicing your concern. I have sent a reply via other means to your request and agreed to refund you the 60.00. I always want a customer to feel that they have been treated fairly when doing business with us.

they SUCK! we brougt our jeep there to get it fixed almost 3 weeks ago. they told us to leave it there for a day so they could checl out wich parts they need. well next day we waited for a call so we could pick it up again…never got a call. and the service guy we gave the car keyes to, wasnt even there that day. so we talked to someone else there and asked if we can get our car back. they said no at first. wth? its our truck and they told us it will take a day. (thats why we also couldnt get a rental from usaa, cause faricy boys told them it takes a day) well so we were stuck with one car! so when we were finally able to go get our jeep, faricy boys told us that they ordered the parts already and that mike (the service guy) will give us a call …. well, guess what? its been almost 3 weeks since that. havent heared a thing! so i called back today. and all they said is that the parts arent there yet. well guess what ? their service sucks ass! i will NEVER go there again!!!!
As the parts and service director at the Faricy Boys I am very sorry to read that you have had this experience. I invite you at contact me at 719-867-5616 or alternatively one of our owners Paul Faricy at 719-867-5661 so that we can resolve your concern and review our processes for future improvement.
Sincerely,
Mike Davis
This dealership is probably one of the worst I have ever visited!!! I am being honest that they deserve a zero in all aspects of their service. I was first treated like I was an idiot from the service guy, then turned over to the service manager who had no clue what was going on and was to scared to make a decision. Then I spoke to the District Manager who told me that my problem with my vehicle would not be covered. So I left there with two broken valve stems on my vehicle and drove to Lithia Jeep and they just pulled it in and fixed it under warranty no problem. I am pursuing a case against Chrysler and Faricy for those faulty Valve Stems so if anyone has had the same problem please email me at [email protected]
Thanks!!
This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. They did the usual bait-n-switch, “I gotta ask my manager”, “Let me go back and ask” crap that is designed to wear you down until you get too tired or confused and accidentally sign something. My wife and I spent three hours “negotiating” with our 3-year-old in tow and wasted our entire day. Avoid Faricy Boys at all costs.
