My Tasca Ford reviewI have never visited this dealership. I telephoned to make a service appointment for a recall as well as another repair. My call was put on hold for an extended period and terminated. Upon call back to service, I was diectly put on hold without speaking to anyone for an extended period. I hung up and will not call back.
