Original sales person Chris Campbell went out of his way and the experience was excellent, it’s Lesa Noble in the service department where everything went wrong, lies after lies every time my wife would bring her car in for recall work, which was 4 times in 2 weeks. Every time she would tell my wife something else needed to be done when it didn’t, luckily my wife knew the oil change tires and other items were recently done and didn’t do these items she was pressured into. Service keeps our car 2 days longer then advised, car won’t start when we go to pick it up and service advisor knows it won’t start but told us it’d be ready to pick up at 5. Service advisor lost our phone number although we had spoke to the dealer dozens of times in the 2 weeks prior to our transmission replacement and the service advisor had to contact us through facebook.
