Took my Sequoia in for required 35,000 mile service. Service Dept. checked all green boxes the service items performed. I paid for the service. Then I inspected their work. SERVICE TECH. DID NOT PERFORM SEVERAL OF ITEMS CHECKED on list. (tire rotation not done, filling fluids not done) I asked manager on duty to prove to me that any of the work I paid for was actually done. “I can’t.” replied Armando Beltran. Stewart Toyota refused to reimburse me for the work Stewart Service did not do. BAD DEAL !!!
