Ok here is the short of the long of it……..these people no matter how nice they INITIALLY come off as being they are jerks. Not just jerks but lying, waste ur time jerks. BAD NEWS. Folks take ur money elsewhere. We wanted to purchase a nice Volkswagen but will never do this while we live in Yakima. So after wasting my families entire day with promises they never intended on keeping, they had the BALLS to call me and tell me that even though I did not buy a car from them it didn’t matter because they would end up with my business ANYWAY since they were the only service station for miles around. You know what? They were right. Which then got me and my husband thinking. What if I just simply purchased another brand of car and that way these high class looking idiots would NEVER EVER EVER get my business. So that is exactly what we did. So now the idiots can sit on their thumbs and go to hell. They will never see my business in any way shape or form. These people simply suck….:devil(:eek::eek::mad:

My Steve Hahn's Volkswagen Audi Suzuki reviewWe were treated like we were too stupid to realize that he was trying to scam us. Imagine that he told us he had to charge us more for the car because we would be getting a tax credit from the IRS. I am still flabbergasted that he thought we would buy that lie! He also told us it would cost us another $1,000 to have a car shipped from another dealer because they didn’t have the model I wanted. Another lie. It was just one lie after another, so finally after 2 hours of that, we got up and left. I had a headache the rest of the day. We decided to buy from another dealer, even though it is 100 miles from us, we just can’t deal with Steve Hahn VW. I have purchased from them in the past and did not have any problems. I would not recommend them to anyone that I liked for sure.
😡 I have to agree with this post. We were treated like animals and it was not a fun experience. Armondo and Angel team try to suck ur money out of your wallet. Thank God we did not buy anything from this disgusting place. :p:mad::p:mad::p:mad:
