My Springdale Dodge Chrysler reviewWill not return due to shop manager Jerry Davis. They did not stand behind their work and did not honor their warranty. I mentioned my dissatisfaction and mentioned I would be leaving a bad review online, and that is when he started waiving his finger in my face and yelling for me not to threaten him and not to talk to him like that. Sounds like a few of the positive reviews for the shop may be a bit padded.

My Springdale Dodge Chrysler reviewI had my car repaired & had a great experience! They explained everything & answered every question I had. I spoke with the body shop manager Jerry & he was very polite & wasn’t rude at all!! I would & will continue to take my car here for all my repairs. They also detailed my car & it looked great when I picked it up. I recomend this body shop to everyone. I don’t know what Donna is talking about, I was treated great! My Springdale Dodge Chrysler reviewI also got my vehicle repaired at the collision center of Springdale dodge, however my experience was excellent. Jerry Davis and staff answered all questions that I asked and went above and beyond to help me, even stayed late to finish my repairs when I needed my car finished a day earlier than estimated. Not only was the repairs and customer service excellent, but they also detailed my car in and out for no charge..as well as informed me that I will have free details as many times as once a month since I chose them to repair my vehicle. I would not take my car to anyone else, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My Springdale Dodge Chrysler reviewi am a coustmer and had my car fixed at the body shop and when we were there we meet with a man named jerry davis he ahs to be the rudes man i have ever meet. he screams at everyone in his shop even with customers there if he stays at your business you will lose alot of customers. Myself if he is there i wont be back at your shop
