Had my Jeep for 3 months. I was told that my Jeep was only worked on in there spare time and that they were taking parts off of a Jeep that they had there to try and find out what is wrong with my jeep. After 3 months I told Mike that I was comeing after my Jeep. He said that they would have to take the parts off that they put on. I was told that it would start.When I picked up my Jeep a part that I bought new for $45.00 was not put back on. When my brother called about the part he was never called back. Parts were not but back on they were just laying on the motor and in side the car. I was charged $1000.00. NOW I have been waiting on a computer board for 2 weeks now. I have not got to drive my Jeep for 11 months now. Mike said that they didn’t know what is wrong with it.
I had been to other dealerships in the area and they could not figure out what was wrong with my jeep. I dropped it off at Sparks, and they fix it within 1 day and at a VERY reasonable cost. For a small dealership, they seem to employ “TOP OF THE LINE” Techs.
