Beware of this dealership! Heres a small piece of our experience. I purchased a 2015 Suburban (used) from here at the end of July 3016. I walked out after they appraised my flawless 2015 trade at 7500 less than low book. Within seconds, I had several managers begging me to come back, relating they made a mistake and apraised the base model. Reluctantly, and against my better judgment, I returned. Fast forward to the new purchase. I was promised 2 months of free On-star with my purchase. The salesman had us wait for nearly an hour to “set it up”, to which he failed. After receiving errors with the system, he said it had to be done the next day and would only take 5 minutes. We leave and head home to Nevada. Next day, find out the Onstar is broken, which is why the salesman couldn’t connect it. Call the dealership and we are told by the syhster used car manager, “no ptoblem, it’s just the battery”. Dealership gives us the run around for two weeks and never returns calls. They call today, 8-13-16, to tell me, sorry we won’t fix it unless you buy our warranty. I wouldnt buy a french fry from you. Seriously, I’ll pay the 200 bucks to fix it, no biggie. I’ll get great pleasure in telling everyone and anyone about my experience. #SinghChevroletLies #DontBuySingh
We wanted a 2012 Silverado truck HD diesel, and what we needed was not available, so we wound up ordering our truck. I had called around to several Chevy dealers to try to get an idea of what it would cost, and no one would give me the information unless we came down to their dealership, so by the time I got to Singh Chevy’s number I was really upset. I told the receptionist I didn’t want to be messed around with and wanted someone to deal straight with me, so she said ok let me put you with someone that can help you. She put me through with Greg Singh the General Manager, and he got the fury and brunt of my frustration, and went through the preliminary numbers right then and there on the phone. I let him know what we were looking for and the specifications, and he let me know the price (as close as he could get of course not knowing exacts on tax and registration, etc. so not to the penny), but that is what I was asking for. I so dislike the car purchasing process so much so that I would much rather go to the dentist, and I let Greg know this in no uncertain terms! We decided to give Singh and Greg a try, so we went the very next day. We sat down with Greg in his office and he went through everything with us detail by detail on his computer showing us what the costs would be (invoice). He was very nice to deal with and really wanted to make the buying experience as good as it could be, he was very concerned about having more than a one time sale, but rather building a relationship that would make you a return customer. By the time we left we had placed our order for the truck, and had a tracking number so we could track the progress of the assembly. It did take a full eight weeks, but it was so worth it to get the truck we wanted. We didn’t want all the extras, so why pay for them, and now we have a back sliding window just as we wanted! When we came back eight weeks later, Matt was the salesman Greg put us with to do the paperwork and he was very professional and personable making certain everything was in order in conjunction with what we had specified. We are very happy with our new Chevy Silverado from Singh Chevrolet, and considering my phobia to car salesmen, it was a very good experience. Thanks Greg, and Matt for your professionalism and genuineness. We got a GREAT DEAL!!
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP ACCIDENTLY CAME OUT WRONG~~~SHOULD BE “YES”!!!!

Well, my wife and I decided to look into the new Volt. We did our homework online and went to check it out Saturday. Gordon helped us (the internet manager. . pretty knowledgeable), was very helpful, no pressure and as we were ready to leave he mentioned the lease program they had going $2500 down, $350 per month on base model of $41,000 for 12,000 miles per year (we really needed more mileage than that). I went back to check out the details on City rebate, what was needed to install a charging unit. . sent a couple of e-mails to Gordon, he returned them. One of my main questions was “how much more would we have to pay if we wanted to increase the miles per year on the lease”. He responded by saying about $24 a month but he was not in leasing. On Monday I called and spoke with Morrey, the leasing manager. Just to confirm $24 a month more for 15,000 miles a year. . and he offered to tell me that for an additional $29 we could add another 5000 miles (he said “it would cost 18 cents per mile”). I pulled out my calculator and the math wasn’t right, so I called back to confirm. . left one message. I e-mailed Gordon letting him know we would make a decision later in the week, we were going to refinance an office building we own and didn’t want to screw that up. I e-mailed him on Tuesday confirming the features of two cars that he had found at other dealerships and told him we’d probably come in Thursday afternoon to do the paperwork. Since I had not heard from Morrey, I called again (now its Wednesday). . nothing. I e-mailed Gordon again to confirm time to come in and “by the way, Morrey has not called me back” I called him again this afternoon and the tone was different. . all I wanted to do is to confirm if $29 was accurate (by the way, I had left all this on his voice mail two days before). He started talking over me putting words in my mouth “you are trying to get me to pinpoint a payment”, I kept saying I just want to know “how much more the payments are going to be for 5000 more miles”. . as I remember it he was the one who brought it up. He proceeded to explain that he was not a sales person. . I responded with “I’m not trying to negotiate” (have you ever been in on of those conversations that one party is definitely not wanting to communicate?” . He said the lease had changed and now the payments were going to be around $465. . What?? Since we were not getting anywhere. I thanked him and took some time to cool off. . I called Gordon and he had a tone (sounds like they had coffee together). . I explained I had two simple questions ($24 for 3000 and $29 for 5000?? . . Habla Espanol??). He reminded me he has been trying to get me in all week. . WHY DO I FEEL LIKE THE BAD GUY. I told him I had e-mailed him and he should know why we could not come in . . due to the refinance. It was like talking to a wall . . and finally it came out.. I had tried forcing a payment out of the finance manager .. and that wasnt right (what?? am I in the Twilight Zone??). Finally he said “bottom line, your payment is going to $500 a month (this is for 12,000 mile lease). . do you want the car or not??” I told him .. Heck no and he hung up . Long story short. . what goes around comes around. This was my experience . . and looking at all the players at Singh Chevrolet. . sounds like this is status quo. Anyway. . nothing better than to pass this along to other consumers so they are better prepared.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
My Sales Team at Singh Chevrolet did everything possible for this customer. In return, Hugo was trying every trick possible to get any one of us to make him a quote that was ‘outside’ of the advertised General Motors Lease Program for the Chevrolet Volt. During each of his phone calls we explained that the advertised Lease Program was for a “Base Model” Volt with no options. This customer called repeatedly demanding a new lease payment quote for a different combination of equipment and options. We merely asked that he stop in so that we could show him on our computers the exact numbers. He would not accept this for an answer and has been writing bad reviews on every website possible. We regret that his lack of understanding about leasing led to his confusion and frustration.
Best expereince yet at a car dealer. No pressure, just honesty and straight talk!
Gordon Lei was a very professional sales representative.. honest and dependable. He is a great guy and nice delaership
Thank you Mr. Witcher for shopping with Singh Chevrolet! Just like you, our dealership had been following the development if the new Chevy Volt for over three years now. When General Motors announced that the rollout would only start in 5 major market areas, we were just as surprised as you. Our website dedicated to the Volt, http://www.allnewchevyvolt.com has been reaching out to interested buyers from all over the country. Being that you are on the east coast, we are pleased that you chose Singh Chevrolet in Riverside, California to take your order. Now that the actual rollout has started, I am pleased that you were able to locate a dealer closer to your home state that was able to fill your order. After you contacted me about the change, I contacted other customers who have also been searching for a local dealer, and was able to offer your Volt order to another person… So it’s okay. We hope you refer your west coast friends and associates to stop in and test drive the new Volt which will be arriving in just a few days. Our Internet/Fleet Department takes orders from all over the country, and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you for your positive feedback! Enjoy your new Chevrolet Volt.
I got my Chevy HHR from Singh. This is the 3rd car my family has bought there. My dad got his Corvette there 4 years ago and my mom bought a Malibu about 2 years ago.
My dad went with me and they treated both of us great. I drove 3 cars before I made up my mind and they never tried to rush me. My credit is not that great but they managed to get me approved without a cosigner.
My HHR runs great and drives great. I tell my friends to go there too. 🙂
These Guys are NOT Honest at all! Found a used 2005 Audi A4 Ad on cars.com, advertised price as $15609. I called them to verify the price, one of the salesman named Gordon at their Internet Department told me they made an error on that price, but he told me to print out the Ad and bring it to the dealer, he will talk to his boss and get the deal for me. So I drove 40 miles to the dealer, test drove the car, and sit down with Gordon. He then asked all of our personal information including SSN, and date of birth etc, because he wanted to get us financed. So we waited and then this man with pink shirt came out from nowhere, told us the price is too low, they can not sell me the car with that price. He also said before they had some dealer incentive but now they don’t have it. They are a Chevrolet Dealer, how can they have any incentive for a Used Audi Vehicle?
Unfair characterization of the events. First, prices online change daily in this economic environment. Occasionally, typos and mistakes happen in the translation from our database to the website. That there may be typos is fully disclosed and to the extent possible, we always try to honor mistakes, unless they are clearly erroneous. We sell over 150 vehicles per month online and take our e-commerce department very seriously. We’re saddened that this particular customer was so disturbed by their experience. Our General Manager is available to speak with you at any time regarding the incident.
Do NOT buy from this dealership! They are underhanded and seem to have no problem with fraud. I bought a used car 9 days ago that was listed as being in “EXCELLENT” condition. It was said to have had a 124 point inspection and found to have no engine problems. Yet somehow, miraculously, 9 days later it is in need of a brand new engine! Imagine that…yet of course the dealership has no responsibility to repair this lemon they’ve managed to pawn off on an unsuspecting buyer. (Even though the lawyer says they do). I highly advise against dealing with this business- especially with KATHRYN TALBOTT and A.J. CHANDNA. There are so many dealerships out there these days that make car buying an enjoyable experience, don’t waste your time with a place that still relies on trickery and lies.
We stand by our products wholeheartedly. Had customer let us know within 48 hours of a defect or complete dissatisfaction, we would have accepted return of the vehicle. Happy online customers are what we are all about. Regrettably, things can and do happen to vehicles after they are sold. We go to great lengths to ensure our vehicles are free of undisclosed defects. Any defects known at time of sale were clearly posted and disclosed. Our online shoppers are some of the best and brightest and do their due diligence before purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Kathryn and AJ are two of the best in the business and we’re saddened that this particular customer thinks otherwise.
