After pruchasing from the dealership I had problems from the engine wash they gave the car. I actually bought a hyundai. I took it back to them and a few other shops around town when getting my oil changes. Late one night the car stopped running and I had it towed to Northtowne Hyundai where they diagnosed a coil was bad from the engine wash. I had to relplace all four spark blugs becaue of the one the coil made bad and with paperwork from Northtowne in hand I returned to Shawnee misssion so they could investigate the remaining coils before they were out of warranty. They refused. By the grace of God. the other 3 coils went bad just short of the warranty expiring during the day this time and Northtowne was able to replace them as well now that there was a ‘code’. I understand life happends but they made me feel like I was tryng to get over, stupid, transperferred me a dozen times and after a week I gave up. I f they don’t back thier own work and wont listen to another dealership I have no time. I wasn’t asking for them to reimbuse me for the spark plugs, I just wanted the coils fixed.
For this reason I will never do business with SMK again.
I came to Shawnee Mission Kia because I was very interested in purchasing a Kia and with all of the TV advertising about the place, my fiancee and I decided to go check it out.
The salesman was nice enough but the process we had to go through to even look at a car was backwards compared to any other dealership I have been to. Before we could even look at cars they had us fill out paperwork, ran our credit, etc. They then told us that there was 1 car on their lot that met our criteria-a Nissan Versa. We ended up driving it but didn’t like it and had to pursuade the salesperson to see if there were any other cars on the lot that met our financial criteria. He finally came back and said he had one more option-a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. We drove the car and liked it and immediately the salesman began putting pressure on us. I personally would have liked to see other cars before buying-but we eventually gave in to the pressure and bought the car.
Don’t get me wrong-I like the car but when we bought it, the car was not clean, the tire pressure gauge was on, there were no floor mats, cigarette lighter, and no car manual. When we called about these issues the salesman told us to bring the car back over which we did.
He did not get us a manual-instead gave me 200 pieces of printer paper with the manual printed from the Internet because his manager was to cheap to spend the $35.00 it would take to purchase one! Needless to say it does not fit in my glove box!
The floor mats are another story. He could not get us floor mats and would not order them. He did take floor mats from a Kia Rio and asked me to drive around the block behind an apartment complex so he could put them in my trunk!!
As far as the detailed cleaning that needed to be done-they simply washed it and wiped off a few small stains. I did more work with Armour All and a rag in my own driveway!
To top it all off-because he knew we were unsatisfied, the salesman bought us a $25 gift card to Applebees!
I would have preferred a manual or some Hyundai floor mats!
They did us the same way saying this was the ONLY CAR on the entire lot that fit their critia. Go to deal rater and put this on there to. The GM was going balistic over the bad review.
I will admit all situations are different, but all I wanted was a safe car to drive durng the winter months. Valerie said that the car we ended up with was the ONLY CAR the lending company would allow us to get. NOW OUT OF A WHOLE CAR LOT there is only ONE that fit the lending company’s criteria??? That should say something right there. My transmission was shot on my car, so I really didn’t have a choice since my credit was not that good. The car I got is so dangerous to drive in even good weather I dread the winter months. Plus they charged us $2,500 in service fee and $399 in doc fees. The loan office at the lending company said usually good dealerships would try to put me into another vehicle that would suit me. NOT THIS COMPANY, they want to unwind the deal and for me TO CHANGE MY REVIEWS in a very threatening manner. NOT. I can’t afford to unwind the deal..My co-workers know it, my friends know it and THEY KNOW IT.
I contacted Shawnee Mission Kia because of their advertising that states” if you bring home at least $250.00 your credit is guaranteed”.Well I soon found out that is totally not true. They also advertissed that for this $250.00 guaranteed deal they had all this nice newer, low milage cars also a lie.I was going to trade a 2008 car and my car was nicer than any car on their lot.I am now in the process of trying to get their fraudulent advertisemnet removed from both radio and TV and internet.I’m really hoping people will read this before they make a wasted trip, which by the way happens to be an all day process befor they even bother to shown you their depleted selection of cars.
I applied online, got a call from someone named Nick (consequently he was never there) and told i was approved for a New Kia. I don’t have good credit and I know it and am honest about it. I sat around for over 2 1/2 hours and was not shown 1 vehicle. I sat behind a desk for 2 different people and was filling out paper work for 2 1/2 hours. The WORST experience i have ever had from a dealership. I read all these good experiences and i hear from a salesman that i’m not the only one who’s had these problems where they just ship you around. Absolutley a waste of my time and gas. Was horrible. The last salesman Tyrone was at least doing his best to help us, but what a utter waste of time. I didn’t see 1 vehicle to where i could see if i was even interested in purchasing. I will NEVER go back and i will tell all my friends/family never to waste their time.I even had a good co signer that has extremely good credit that was willing to help me out and no body even asked me if i could do that. Absolutely rediculous place. Spoke with the owner and the managers and all i got was excuses. DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME, go elsewhere!!Thanks, Matt
I purchased what I thought was a new 2010 Kia Sorento from this dealership. When I went to title it, I found out that I could not as this vehicle had been previously sold to someone else and there was a lein against it. No one at the dealership disclosed this fact to me. I basically was sold a used vehicle and charged a new price for it and then had a problem titling it even though I had paid cash for the car. Thus far, the only thing they have offered to do is help get the title issue resolved. I feel like since I basically bought a “used” car, I should be issed a refund from the new car pricing that I paid or a new car just like the one I thought I was purchasing should be issued. Dishonest car dealers that don’t disclose a vehicles history need to be reported and stopped.
Shawnee Mission Kia is a joke of an auto dealership. We went in and purchased two brand new Kia Souls with everything on them and purchased the oil change deal as well as pro-packs for both cars. A couple weeks later when we brought them back to be “Pro-Packed” we dropped them off and as usual they were unorganized and not prepared. We left and came back a few hours later and were greeted by your typical squirrely looking mouth that they use to try and smooth over problems they have created. As the mouth walked us over to one of the Kia’s we could tell something was wrong. He proceeded to try and smooth talk his way out of what his so called “service professionals” had done. There were bugs on the front, so instead of using soapy water and a cloth and scrubbing them off, their idiots got a buffer out and buffed the entire car. This destroyed the decals, scratched several parts of the car, to go along with the MELTED paint on the front bumper. The mouth assured us that it would all be taken care of and we diligently pointed out every little flaw that their buffoons had created.
Fast forward – Brought the car back in, they kept it for a few days and gave us a junk rental piece. Refused to pay for gas for all the trips we were making on their mess-up. But that’s just a minor detail. We show up to look at this car that had better be back to it’s original perfect shape. The mouth greets us again and brags about how great the front bumper looks. Sure enough as we approach it looks awesome. Wait a minute, the scratches are still there…the decals are still destroyed…oh and now there is a huge chunk of the plastic side piece chipped out.
I’ve reached my boiling point with these idiots and proceed to demand an explanation. The mouth gets scared and calls in the fattest, ugliest slob of a sack of douche I have ever seen named Curt. He lumbers is overweight belly towards us and immediately starts at us with his downgrading tone. Him and his little friend try to play good cop/bad cop and smooth over the situation but Curt might be the biggest f-ng loser I have ever seen in my life. “You should see these things when they get off the trucks” “If this is the worst thing to happen to you in your life you should be so lucky” “look at that front bumper, i’ve done so much for you already” ….Wow, where to start with all of those. That guy really seemed to believe the horsecrap that was flying out of his mouth. Seriously, Curt if you read this…you are scum…I believe in karma and I really want to be around when the karma turns on you buddy.
If you want to choose a car company that is going to give you the run around, treat you like you are dirt and don’t understand anything…absolutely go with Shawnee Mission Kia. We are very sorry we ever bought anything from them, and you can count on us NEVER going there from this day forward.
We originally purchased a vehicle in 2004 from Shawnee Mission Kia. It was not the most pleasent experience at the time. I brought my van in for repairs and decided to get some information on new vehicles since my 100,000 warranty was almost up. I spoke to a very nice man, who at the time I did not realize but came to find out that he was the New Car sales manager, Chris Winans. I told him I was not sure if we would ever purchase a car from there again and he stated that he was fairly new there and wished that I would give them a second chance. I gave my husband all of this information and he went to the dealership to see what kind of a deal we could put together on a new car. My husband was greeted by Dustin Johnson and when I got there was greeted by him as well. He was very interested in helping us as much as possible. The first day we could not agree on a trade value for my van, so we waited a couple of days and I went back to talk to Dustin and he got together with Chris Winans(manager) and we talked over the trade and agreed on an amount. They tried to work the financing as best that they could, but we were unable to get a van payment we wanted. I went to Olathe Kia to get a second opinion on numbers and they stated that they were unable to come close to the dollar amount that SMK was going to give us for trade. After 3 days of trying to figure out what we wanted to do, we went back to the dealership. We arrived at 6:10, and they closed at 6:00 that day. Dustin was still there and he came out to greet us, let us test drive the cars we wanted and explained what we needed to hear. After we decided on the car we wanted (a 2010 Soul), Dustin sat us down with the financing guy and we proceeded to get all of the paperwork done. The whole time we were in financing Dustin stayed late and took care of everything that we needed that night to drive off the lot. I am impressed by his friendliness, willing to go above and beyond all of his expectations as a salesman and his awesome personality. My name is not an easy one to remember, but everytime I have stepped foot in the doors, he addresses me by name and has a smile on his face. I suggest that if you want grade A+ service, go in and ask for Dustin Johnson!!!! A big thanks to him and Chris Winans for a great car buying experience!

Our experience at Shawnee Mission Kia was exceptional. Not only did they allow us to test drive the vehicle we wanted, but they allowed us to review all available vehicles. When the one we truly wanted was not available, Bonnie and Tab found the one of our dreams.
The contact we made with Bonnie during our buying experience was top notch. She listened to what we said, cared about what we wanted to get from our vehicle. She is not like other sales people we have experienced before in the past. She is genuine.
We have recommended Bonnie and Shawnee Mission Kia to many people. We know they will enjoy their business transaction like we did. Buying a car wasn’t unpleasant this time.

Bonnie Smith is one of best salespersons I have ever work with and I have been buying cars for over 30 years and this the first time we ever bought a foreign car and it was a KIA Borrego!!!!!!
My wife loves it!!!!!
The sales staff at Shawnee Mission Kia were friendly and made our SUV purchase a fun and enjoyable experience. Valerie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about not only the Kia models but other similar SUV competitors. We felt no pressure to buy. The only complaint we have was there did not seem to be alot of room for negotiation of prices. However, we do feel the Kia is probably the best “bang for your buck” considering the wonderful warranty package that comes with the vehicle.
I wish I had read all these terrible reviews before going near this place.
I was first attracted by their ad that says “bring home 250/week and your approval is guaranteed”. That, in fact, did prove to be true, however, that is pretty much the only thing I was told that was.
My search began on Saturday afternoon. After showing up at my appointment time, I was told that salesperson was not available but was ‘transferred’ to another. She was awesome, I loved her and loved the short time I worked with her. Unfortunately, after paperwork was done (which I had already done once online) I was told I would have to go to “special financing” and yet another saleperson.
At first, Tyrone seemed pleasant and wanting to do business. Once he saw that I had NO credit, his attitude seemed to change. I was approved but only with $2500 ($2000 cash plus trade in) down or a co-signer. My dad agreed to co-sign and was headed to the dealership when Tyrone told me what other papers my dad and I would both need. On the phone, I was already told what to bring and brought all those things with me – including getting insurance for a car that not only hadn’t even picked out yet! Now that I needed more paperwork, Tyrone suggested my dad and I come back on Monday with the needed items. I called my dad as he was already on his way and said nevermind, we needed other stuff and would have to come back on Monday.
My dad has a 91 year old wife in the late stages of Alzheimers and cannot be left alone but with the promise this would take almost no time, he picked me up and we showed up Monday morning with what we were told we needed. His credit was ran, income checked, etc and after approval we were told the only car that would fit what we qualified for needed servicing and we should come back on Wednesday to do the paperwork. I asked to go ahead and get my dad’s part of the paperwork done so that he didn’t have to leave his wife along again. We were told we had to both come back on Wednesday when the car was ready and all paperwork would be completed then. Tyrone said he would call us when it was ready.
By Tuesday afternoon when we hadn’t heard anything, I had my friend call and ask when it was going to be ready. Tyrone said he hadn’t looked but would take a look and let me know. When he came back, he said they still had quite a bit of stuff to do on it and it wouldn’t be done until late Wednesday.
About 2 hours before closing on Wednesday I still hadn’t heard anything, I called Tyrone again to check on when it would be done. Once again, I was told he hadn’t even checked on it, but assured me he would call me back. Half hour before the service department closed, still having not heard from him, I asked my friend to call again (I’m just not good at these kind of things). This time Tyrone was very short with her, brought up the fact that I had called him when he said he would call me. He went to check on the car and returned to say it still wasn’t ready, that the part was there but they wouldn’t have time to put it on until the next day (Thursday).
After throwing a small tantrum, he finally said we could go ahead and come up to get all the paperwork signed and out of the way and then either take the car with us and bring it back for the last part or just sign and come back in the morning to get the car assuring me it would be the first one worked on. My dad and I went up and took care of signing everything that needed it and told Tyrone I would just pick up the car in the morning after the work was completed. Done deal.
It is now Thursday morning, after beginning this adventure on Saturday, and I bring my trade in and arrive after service department was open but before dealership actually opened. The first thing I saw was the car still sitting in the same spot and had not been even taken inside to be worked on. Someone from the service department said he didn’t have the part yet but as soon as he did, it wouldn’t take long. Hmmm, I was told yesterday that the part was there already. He then tried to say they had it but it was at a different “store” and they just needed to pick it up. To me, being told the day before that the part was there, just became a lie. Everyone else (and quite a few got involved) being at the “other store” was the same as being there.
So, my friend and I sit down and wait for the car to be done. We see it pulled in, worked on, and then pulled out. We think we’re good to go..until another finance person (Laura) comes out and says there’s a problem. We go to her office, where she first insults my friend and basically tells her to shut up, to tell me that after all of this..there was a problem with my drivers license and they couldn’t do the deal. I called before I ever showed up (clear back on Saturday) to make sure my license wasn’t going to be a problem and was assured they could work it out. I also mentioned it to Tyrone on about the third day, and although he did sound a bit hesitant, was told it would be a problem. Now, here we are 5 days later, with signed paperwork and a ready to go car, and in the most snotty way possible, was told if we could find financing elsewhere, they would be happy to sell us the car.
I demanded my personal paperwork back and told her I would not even consider buying a car here under any circumstances. She reluctantly gave my paperwork back and we got out of there as quickly as possible.
I WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE I KNOW EVER GOES THERE. EVER.
We were returning afer visiting in June and were recognised and welcomed in a friendly manner.Benn the sales was friendly and efficient and knew his stuff. We had a strict budget and wanted to work within the perameters..We were offered a SPortage to take home and assess whether it was what we wanted..We decided against it and were offered a used Seronto which we really liked…We met with Mike Reid the used car manager and within minutes were financed at the rate we requested…We finalised a great deal..We brought the vehicle back the next day as the rear tires were run off on the inside and it was replaced without a problem..I have no hesitation in recommending the dealership..It was a fun and professionally handled deal…..After a terrible experience at Independance Kia some years ago ,my wife was more than happy with the deal and her experience atShawnee Misson Kia..Well done guys

Mr. Winans:
I nearly purchased a vehicle from Shawnee Mission Kia on the evening of September 18, 2009. I wanted to make sure that your organization was aware of why I chose to not follow through on the purchase, and why I will never return to Shawnee Mission Kia.
I was not looking to purchase a new vehicle. I had received your mailer earlier in the week, but thought it would be best to wait until I had paid my loan down a bit further before looking for a new vehicle. Then, on Friday, September 18, I received a phone call from your sales person, Nick. I explained to him that my concern was having to finance the negative equity on my current car. He claimed that I would not need to worry about any negative equity. He did his job by convincing me to stop by and see if a deal could be accomplished. I told him I would be by after work. I explained that I work at Shawnee Mission Parkway and Metcalf and that I would leave work at 4:00. I expected to be at Shawnee Mission Kia between 4:05 and 4:15.
A short time passed and my phone rang again. I saw that it was Shawnee Mission Kia and was shocked when I answered and the same man I spoke to earlier started talking to Keshia. When I didn’t respond he asked if I was there, when I asked who he was looking to speak to. I then told him that he had called Paula Hawk again, to which I received a “sorry” and a click. This should have been my first clue that I should have driven right past the dealership and simply gone home Friday evening.
As I expected, I arrived at the dealership about 4:10. I was told that Nick would be back shortly and I was offered a chair at his desk. I expected he was out showing another vehicle or something. Imagine my surprise when he returned with a co-worker from a walk to get an iced coffee at a nearby store. Obviously making an appointment for a specific time doesn’t mean much to Nick.
As we spoke, Nick asked if I still worked at Honeywell. I have never worked for Honeywell. He then asked if my address was 27… I stopped him because I’ve never had an address that started with 27. Then I was asked if my birthday was 11/../48. This one offended me, as that is older than my parents. I was then told I needed to fill out some paperwork because my information had changed. I explained to Nick that I never worked at Honeywell and that my birthday has never been in November, and that my information had not changed. He then said that it must be because I never purchased a vehicle at Shawnee Mission Kia, I just had service work done there. I should have left at this time, because the vehicle I now drive was purchased at Shawnee Mission Kia.
As we discussed vehicles, I was asked if I would prefer a Spectra, or if I might be willing to try an Optima. I explained I would prefer a Spectra, but that I would be willing to look at the Optima. Soon, I was test driving an Optima and my car was taken to be valued for a trade in.
I was very impressed with the Optima, but I still believed that it was more than I could afford at this time. We haggled and bargained. We went from an automatic transmission to a manual. At one point I asked about looking at a Spectra. Nick’s response was that he lied. There were no Spectras available.
I asked Nick about the tires, if they were performance tires. His response, more than once, was that yes, they do perform. It was not until I was with the man who handled the finance paperwork that I was able to get an answer on that. Another question I had was if the manual really had cruise control. Nick said he wasn’t sure, but if it didn’t, he would have it added on. The proposal indicated that the manual transmission Optima was gray in color, I asked if that was accurate. Again, he did not know. As we bargained, I explained to Nick that this was not my idea to purchase a new vehicle right now. He had called me and I would happily just go home and wait until I felt it was a more appropriate time for me.
Nick brought me a proposal with a monthly payment that I was fairly comfortable with. I reviewed all of the numbers for quite some time, and I must admit that I am rather disgusted from what I learned once I was in the financing office. Although there were several numbers on the paper, and some numbers were labeled as a “total”, for instance, my total trade in value, I really believe that was just to think that I was getting more money back than I actually was. I kept referring back to the bottom largest number, which was the number that I was led to believe was the amount I would be financing, $11,500. The true amount I was going to be financing was over $17,000. This annoyed me, however, this was not the actual deal breaker. The deal breaker was that I had been told that Shawnee Mission Kia would pay the sales tax. Understand, this is not my first car purchase, not even from Shawnee Mission Kia. I was not told that the sales tax could/would be added on to the financing. Honestly, this is how I have purchased vehicles previously. I was pleased that the sales tax would be paid and not financed. Every sales person I have bought a vehicle from before has been upfront and honest with me about the sales tax. They had told me that I could finance it. Not once had I ever been offered that a dealership would pay the sales tax.
Once a proposed deal was agreed upon, Nick told me that I would be out of the dealership in about half an hour and informed me he needed to take me to the Used Car lot down the street. As I was in this enclosed car with this man, he mentioned being sick. I shared that my husband and I had both been sick for over two weeks now. Nick then said “I hope I don’t have H1N1.” I was shocked. I knew I didn’t have H1N1, but the thought of being in such close spaces with someone who could have it is truly frightening. Nick and I then discussed the healthy young woman who had just been mentioned in the news the previous night who had died from H1N1.
An hour later at 7:00 PM, I was taken into the financing office and we began to discuss the terms of the deal. This is where I began to learn the truth of what was going on. I stood up and told the gentleman that I just wanted to get my car and go home. He asked me to sit down and went to make a phone call. After several minutes, the gentleman returned with Nick who wanted to know the problem. The proposal I had signed off on was nowhere to be found in my paperwork. I asked the gentleman who handled the financing what he would think if he had been told that someone else would be paying sales tax. He hesitated and started with “Well, yes but…” No. No buts. I understand about it being financed. I had asked about interest rates and the trade in and several other questions. Don’t blow smoke, tell me the truth. As I was becoming angry about the fact I had been lied to and wasted over 3 hours of my time so far, Nick responded, “We are losing $1100 on this deal.” I believe the look of shock was enough, as he then offered to return me to my car. I simply thanked him for the offer.
It was quite clear that I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle and that I had several items in my car that I would need to put into a new car, should I make a purchase. When I finally reached home at 8:00, 3 ½ hours later than I would have if I had gone straight home, I went to grab my sweater and bag that I used to carry my lunch to work, that were both sitting in the passenger seat next to me. I hope that you can imagine my shock and disgust to find a tissue sitting on my belongings.
I will be making this letter public, warning others who may choose to visit Shawnee Mission Kia. I feel that consumers should be aware of the deceptive practices that I witnessed yesterday. I also think that the public at large should be fully aware of the possible health risks of visiting this dealership. Should I end up with H1N1, I will be sending a copy of this letter to the health department as well as all of the news outlets in the greater Kansas City area. I understand that you may simply laugh at these statements, as I am only one woman who feels wronged on more than one level. I may not even be able to cause one other person to think twice before visiting your dealership. But I do promise you one thing, you have lost me as a customer. I am going to Olathe Kia later to share my experience with them and to let them know if they can get me close to the offer that was made last night, I will walk away with a new Optima.
Please allow this letter to also serve as notice that I no longer wish to be included on the marketing list for Shawnee Mission Kia.
Sincerely,
Former Shawnee Mission Kia Customer
Paula K. Hawk
Saturday morning I received a call from the New Car Sales Manager, Chris Winans. If you ever go to Shawnee Mission Kia, be sure to deal with him. I received an additional $500 off the original deal, which was a pretty good deal.
As I was in the process of making the purchase, though, I did ask if Nick would be receiving commission on the sale, Chris assured me he would not. Later in the weekend, I reviewed the paperwork on my purchase and noticed that “Dudaj” was listed as the salesman. I am rather annoyed by this, but, seriously, what can I do? 🙁
I purchased a car from Shawnee Mission Kia and they gave me the 30 day tempt tag. Now in Kansas a person cant get there tags with out the title. So I was waiting for my title in the mail. When 30 days was almost up and I still didnt recieve my title I called the dealership and the women who answered the phone was extremely rude. To make a long story short the title I was looking for in the mail was never sent and I had to drive out to the dealership to get it. I live 45 mins away from Shawnee Mission Kia on top of that my 30 day tempt tags was expired so I had to borrow my sister car just so I would not be driving illegally. When I got there I asked the guy behind the desk was the title even sent he lied and said that he wasnt sure but clearly it was never sent because the certified sticker was still intact. When I took the salesperson outside to explain the mistake that the dealership and him had done I felt like he wasnt listening. What’s even worst is that Im currently in school for a busniess degree and my class right now is on Customer Service so this is extremely hard to rub off and if I didnt already love my car and personalize it and everything I would take it back. The people I was going to tell about going there Im going to tell to go somewhere else and Im even under the process of finding another place to get my car service on because I never want to see them again.
Terrible experience with the used car lot.
Vehicle was misrepresented on the web site and they were unwilling to negotiate price at all despite this.
Didn’t return calls as requested and promised, at least 5 times I had to call them when they said they were calling me…
Salesmen lied to me and tried to transfer me around office to other salesman when I asked for a manager. Pathetic.
I bought from these guys; trust me, stay far away from these creeps.
I cannot speak for the New Kia salespersons, but the people who worked inside that portion of the business were rude, I can say that much. I had to go there to get financed and didn’t have a great experience with that either. I was basically treated like a second class citizen because I didn’t have a high credit score at the time.
No customer service on the most expensive thing I will ever buy aside from my home? Unacceptable.
I had an absolutely terrible experience trying to buy a car from Shawnee Mission Kia. Finding an acceptable vehicle and agreeing to a price were not an issue. However, financing, communication, and honesty are areas in which this dealership needs great improvement. First, the staff (I will not identifiy individuals in this forum) did not call when they said they would. I was forced to initiate every phone conversation, after waiting at least twice as long as I was told I would have to for a response. Second, the finance officer submitted an incorrect amount for the loan, and when I was approved, we were left with a $3000 gap between the price of the car and the amount the bank was willing to lend. I was able to come up with that $3000 in cash to facilitate the trade, but then I was hit with the final problem. The manager decided to reduce the amount they offered for my trade in by $2000, leaving me with another gap to fill. At this time I was forced to withdraw my offer for the vehicle. Save yourself a headache and stay away from Shawnee Mission Kia. If you want a Kia, which is a good car, visit Olathe Kia, Jack Miller Kia, or Independence Kia instead.
