My salesman was completely out of line and rude with comments he not only made to me but to my family that accompanied me. He even recommend that next time I decide to purchase a car, to make sure it is not GM. I left feeling not only offended, frustererated at the time I spent waiting but left second guessing my purchase.
I needed service to the car a few days later, was told I would be notified later that day when I could pick it up, but no one bothered to call me.
When I called to follow-up, I find my sales person had left for the day and the service department was closed leaving me without a car until the next day.
They did provide a free oil change for the mistake, but I would have appreciated the updates on what was happening with the car.:confused:
Lastly, I had a “new” hire working on my fiancing, which made the wait a bit longer and there was some things I had to return to sign which wasn’t a problem necessarily. However, when I tell people what my rates are on the car loan I got, they think it is a joke and suprised I hadn’t walked away then and there. My interest was higher than a credit card, I had a co-signer with gold credit and put money down. It was in no means competitive to other quotes I had got previous.
I learned valuable car buying lessions this time around. Please don’t repeat my mistakes.
I am very disappointed with the whole experience, from purchasing my vehicle
to having my vehicle serviced. I have had my vehicle in 3 times for the same repair. They are not attentive with there customers as to keeping them updated
as to what they are doing to the vehicle. The multiple times that I have had my
car in they have kept the car for several days at a time. When the service advisor finally explained (after I had to call them to find out what was happening) I would get the same response as I did from the last 2 times it was in. Doesn’t seem like they are very efficient or know what they are talking about. I vow NEVER to
buy a Saturn again. I am so glad I leased this vehicle and get to turn it in at the end of term and that I don’t own it. Biggest mistake in a vehicle purchase I have ever made.
