Steve K and Keven in Dodge Service
My Bill Deluca Chrysler Jeep Dodge reviewThe Managers there are terrible and went out of their way to get around warranty work so i would have to pay for service 2600.00, to boot they misdiagnosed the problem. They were not even close. I then sent my truck to location where i bought it and they said they would do the warranty work but these A** ***** at Bill Deluca put a restriction on my truck to void the 100,000 mile warranty . I have bought 5 Brand new dodge cars and trucks in 20 years this truck will be traded in after being fix and it will be the last Dodge i will ever own. Customer loyalty means nothing to them and to dodge and i will do my best to get the word out. This is the second time i have had issues at this dealership and i blame myself for even sending it to them this time. They are a mile from my house but they minds well be 100 miles away. Dad bought a car with cash and then had issues with service a few years back.. Stay away from this dealer. The tow truck driver that picked up my truck from there said he hears the same thing from everybody that he talks to about this dealership! Kevin the service guy was a total jerk has no manners and no customer skills! Steve K the service manager went out of his way to bring personal family matters to this dodge dealership. If you’re looking for someone to lie to your face even know you got proof from the dodge company that he did this. The other dealership said to me someone over there does not like you. Why would they do that? You have to go out of your way to do what they did he said. Both Keven and Steve should be fired buy the owner. You don’t want people like this in the front line with customers. Not with todays social media. Good luck you Steve and Keven i will make it my misson to push everybody away from this dealership while the two of you are employed there.
Stay away!!! Unless you like being lied too.
